The autonomy to try new things. The variety of work. Getting to do both creative and analytical things. Collaborating with co-workers. Time is valued.

Our focus on healthy living - eating well, getting exercise, spending time outdoors. And a focus on accomplishing projects on your own time rather than a need to be at a computer during strict hours.
