Mr. Scott M. Shaw serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Lincoln Technical Institute, Inc. Mr. Shaw serves as Director of Stonington Partners. He served as Director of Westlink Holdings. He holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business and a B.A. from Duke University.

Mr. Brian K. Meyers has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Lincoln Educational Services Corporation since January 1, 2015. Mr. Meyers served as Senior Vice President of finance and Corporate Controller at Lincoln Educational Services Corporation. He joined Lincoln in 2002. He has more than 25 years of accounting and financial management experience and prior to joining Lincoln, Mr. Meyers served as Vice President and Controller for Candie's Inc. and began his career in 1989 with Richard A. Eisner (currently EisnerAmper) a public accounting firm. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Wagner College.

Mrs. Deborah M. Ramentol serves as Senior Group President at Lincoln Educational Services Corp. Mrs. Ramentol served as the President of Lincoln Tech Group of Lincoln Educational Services Corp., since March 2007. She served as Group Vice President, Operations of Lincoln Educational Services Corp. Since joining Lincoln in 1974 and she oversees the operation of eight schools. She served on the Administrative Board of the Private Career School Association of New Jersey for 11 years. She was also on the Skills 2000 Team supporting state-level lobbying efforts during the 1998 Reauthorization of the Higher Education Act. Ms. Ramentol has 30 years of experience in the career education industry.

Mr. Valerian J. Thomas, also known as Val, serves as Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President at Lincoln Educational Services Corporation. Mr. Thomas is responsible for the oversight of Lincoln's information technology services, products and new strategic initiatives both at the corporate level and at Lincoln's many campuses nationwide. Prior to joining Lincoln, he served as the Chief Information Officer of LibGo Travel. In addition to the education and travel industry, Val has held several key leadership positions in the Finance, Internet, Engineering and Pharmaceutical industries. His experience has provided wide ranging yet deep understanding of the research, development, operational and financial aspects of large and small information technology organizations. Val holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a M.S. in Business Analytics from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University.

Mrs. Alexandra M. Luster has been General Counsel of Lincoln Educational Services Corporation since January 22, 2016 and serves as its Vice President and Secretary. Mrs. Luster practiced law in the private arena for four years. Mrs. Luster received a B.A. from Fordham University and her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law.

Mr. Rajat Shah, also known as Raj, has been Senior Vice President of Student Financial Services at Lincoln Educational Services Corporation since September 2014. Mr. Shah held the position of Audit Manager at Deloitte and served as an Economic Development Volunteer with the US Peace Corps in Honduras. Mr. Shah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Organizational Behavior from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
