Move emphasis on collaboration among groups
Overall exciting place to work. I do have some negative co-workers I work with directly that are borderline bullies. I put up with it because if I complained I would be targeted.
They have issue with app, me and my friends always getting banned with no reason. I didnt fight with anyone, i tried to reply to all On time, i simply dont get what happened. And same happened with 3 of my friends. I think their app filters think im robot ir smth and bannme.verify system doesnt work
Needs to treat their members with respect and listen to members complains. Also, it should not be obsessive about security and becoming annoying to members. Checking all the time on members is intrusive and show no respect for privacy. Having customer service personnel too narrow minded is not good
Train Customer Support to actually listen to the customer to try and resolve problems. Create an escalation process to resolve unusual issues.
