Chaotic, completely arbitrary year-end ratings from upper management down to front line workers, back-stabbing, COO must personally interview down to lowest mangerial level, zero trust enrionment.

  • Marketing is not valued at Maxim, so that the leadership is sorely lacking. There have been too many transitions and not enough support, much less recognition.

  • Nonexistent. There is very little marketing support. All the 99% of the focus is on Sales.
