Mr. Mitchell S. Feiger, also known as Mitch, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of MB Financial Inc. since February 1999. Mr. Feiger served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of MB Financial Bank N.A., a subsidiary of MB Financial Inc. since September 2010. Mr. Feiger served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at MB Financial Inc.'s predecessor company (Old MB Financial) from February 1999. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Coal City Corporation from October 1998 to February 1999 and served as its President from 1992 to 1999. He serves as a Member of Corporate Board of Calamos Convertible Opportunities & Income Fund. Mr. Feiger served as an Independent Director of Calamos Asset Management Inc. since January 2007. Mr. Feiger served as a Director of Coal City Corporation from 1992 to 1999. He is a Member of the Advisory Board for the Institute for Truth in Accounting. Mr. Feiger received his M.B.A. in 1982 from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and his Bachelor's Degree in 1980 from the University of Illinois, Champaign.

Mr. Mark A. Hoppe has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of MB Financial Bank NA since March 2010 and serves as its Co-chairman. Mr. Hoppe served as the President of Taylor Capital Group Inc. since January 30, 2008 and served as its Chief Executive Officer since March 31, 2010. Mr. Hoppe served as President and Chief Executive Officer for Cole Taylor Bank, Inc., a subsidiary of Taylor Capital Group Inc. since January 30, 2008. Mr. Hoppe served in a variety of different management positions since 1981 with LaSalle Bank, N.A. Mr. Hoppe served as Chief Executive Officer of LaSalle Bank Midwest National Association from 2005 to December 31, 2007. Mr. Hoppe served as an Executive Vice President of LaSalle Bank N.A. from 1994 to 2001. He also served as an Executive Vice President of Lasalle Bank Midwest, NA, a wholly-owned subsidiary bank of Lasalle Bank headquartered in troy, michigan from 2001 to 2005. Mr. Hoppe has 27-years of experience at LaSalle Bank N.A., where he served in a variety of capacities in commercial banking. Mr. Hoppe led the launch of LaSalle National Leasing Corporation in 1996 and also served as the Head of Commercial Banking in Michigan. He also served as Vice Chairman of LaSalle National Leasing Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of LaSalle Bank. He has been a Director of MB Financial, Inc. since December 4, 2017. He serves on the board of advisors and executive committee for catholic charities of the archdiocese of chicago. Mr. Hoppe serves on the Board of Directors of Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Trustees for Chicago's public media organization WTTW. Mr. Hoppe holds an M.B.A. and B.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. Brian J. Wildman has been an Executive Vice President of Consumer Banking at MB Financial Bank, N.A. since August 10, 2016. Mr. Wildman served as an Executive Vice President of Consumer Banking & Risk Management at MB Financial Inc and MB Financial Bank from March 4, 2016 to August 10, 2016. Ms. Jill E. York served as Vice President and Executive Vice President of Specialty Banking & M&A of Mb Financial Bank at MB Financial Inc. since August 10, 2016. Ms. York served as an Executive Vice President of MB Financial Inc. and MB Financial Bank N.A from March 4, 2016 to Ms. York. Ms. York served as the Chief Financial Officer of MB Financial Bank N.A, a subsidiary of MB Financial Inc until March 4, 2016. Ms. York served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of MB Financial Inc until March 4, 2016. She served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Old MB Financial. She joined Old MB Financial in August 2000 and also served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of MB Financial Bank, N.A (formerly Manufacturers Bank). She served as Principal Accounting Officer of MB Financial Inc. until February 26, 2016. She served as a Partner with the public accounting firm of McGladrey & Pullen, LLP. Mr. Randall T. Conte, also known as Randy, CPA has been the Chief Financial Officer of MB Financial Inc. and MB Financial Bank, N.A. since April 2016 and serves as its Vice President. Mr. Conte serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of MB Financial Bank at MB Financial Inc. He served as an Interim President of Cole Taylor Mortgage LLC, a Division of Cole Taylor Bank since May 7, 2014. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Taylor Capital Group Inc., since November 2008. He served as Principal Accounting Officer at Taylor Capital Group Inc., and also its Chief Financial Officer since December 2008. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Cole Taylor Bank, (a subsidiary of Taylor Capital Group Inc.), since November 2008 and its Chief Financial Officer since February 2009. Mr. Conte lead Cole Taylor Bank's relationship with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Reserve Bank, external auditors, investment bankers, debt ratings agencies, institutional shareholders, securities analysts and financial media. He oversaw and was responsible for formulating business strategies, operating plans and transformation initiatives for operational areas of Cole Taylor Bank, including information technology, project management and customer service. In addition, he oversaw the Retail Banking Group. Mr. Conte served as the Chief Operations Officer at ABN Amro Mortgage Group, Inc., since August 2005. Prior this position, he served as Head of Operations, Executive Vice President and Corporate Controller at LaSalle Bank Corporation. In that position, he was responsible for procurement, corporate accounting, financial control, corporate reporting, project management and finance administration for LaSalle Bank and its subsidiaries, including LaSalle Bank and Standard Federal Bank. Additionally, his responsibilities included strategic decision support, acquisitions, policy, planning and analysis, corporate tax as well as client service organization finance decision support. He served in senior positions with SBC Warburg (now UBS) and Arthur Andersen. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Member of the Illinois Society of CPA's as well as the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Conte holds Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois-Champaign. He received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago in March 2005.
