Good environment. People appear to work harder than they do. We are underpayed. But have good perks.
Stress. Underpaid. Feel insignificant at times. Not much upward mobility. They keep hiring managers from outside the company instead of promoting from inside. Many managers have never done the job they oversee. Stress. Long hours; 50+ hrs/week is common and almost expected.
