Mr. Jeffrey I. Badgley has been Co-Chief Executive Officer of Miller Industries Inc. since December 2013. Mr. Badgley served as Co-Chief Executive Officer and President of Miller Industries Inc. from October 2003 to March 2011 and from June 1996 to March 2011 respectively. He served as Secretary and General Counsel to Miller Industries Towing Equipment Inc., since 1990. From July 1987 to April 1994, he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Flow Measurement. Prior to 1987, he served in various legal and management positions for United States Steel Corporation, Neptune International Corporation, Wheelabrator-Frye Inc., The Signal Companies, Inc. and Allied-Signal Inc. Ms. Deborah L. Whitmire, also known as Debbie, has been Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer at Miller Industries Inc. since December 31, 2016. Ms. Whitmire served as Vice President and Corporate Controller at Miller Industries Inc. from January 2014 to December 31, 2016. Ms. Whitmire served as Corporate Controller at Miller Industries Towing Equipment Inc. from March 2005 to January 2014. From April 2000 to March 2005, she served as Director of Finance ??? Manufacturing at Miller Industries Towing Equipment Inc.
