Mr. Scott E. Landers has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc. since January 1, 2016. Mr. Landers served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc. from October 27, 2016 to December 2016. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Monotype Imaging Holdings from January 2015 to January 1, 2016. Mr. Landers served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Monotype Imaging Inc. He began his employment with MapInfo in 1997, where Mr. Landers served as a Revenue Manager of MapInfo from October 1997 to December 2000 and the Director of Finance of MapInfo Canada from December 2000 to June 2003. Prior to MapInfo, he served as a Business Assurance Manager at Coopers & Lybrand from September 1992 to October 1997. He has been a Director at Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc. since January 1, 2016. He has been an Independent Director of Bridgeline Digital, Inc., since 2010. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Douglas J. Shaw, also known as Doug, co-founded Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc. in 1986 and served as a Part-Time Advisor since January 1, 2016 until March 31, 2016. Mr. Shaw served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc. from January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2015. Mr. Shaw also served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Monotype Imaging Inc. since January 9, 2007 and served as its Senior Vice President. From October 1988 to November 2004, he served in various capacities with Agfa and served as Senior Vice President of Agfa Monotype since 2000. From May 1981 to 1988, Mr. Shaw was employed by Compugraphic Corp. He co-founded the Font Technologies division of Compugraphic Corp., in October 1986. Ms. Janet M. Dunlap, Esq., has been General Counsel and Secretary of Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc. since September 2006 and its Executive Vice President since 2015. Ms. Dunlop served as its Vice President since March 2010. Ms. Dunlop served as Chief Compliance Officer of Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc. Ms. Dunlop has been General Counsel of Monotype Imaging Inc. since September 2006 and serves as its Secretary. From October 2000 to September 2006, she served as Partner of Goodwin Procter LLP and from September 1993 to October 2000, she served as an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP. She holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College in 1986 and a Juris doctorate from Boston College Law School in 1993.

Mr. Benjamin W. L. Semmes III, also known as Ben, has been Executive Vice President of Sales and Market Strategy at Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc. since July 1, 2015. Mr. Semmes serves as Executive Vice President of Sales and Market Strategy of Monotype Imaging Inc. He joined Monotype in 2015 and is responsible for collaborating with the executive team to drive top line revenue and ownership of the company's business models, product and solutions offerings, global go-to-market strategies and sales enablement. He joined Monotype from Pitney Bowes Corporation, where he worked since 2006. He served as a Senior Vice President of maintenance and professional services for its Digital Commerce Services division. He served as Group Operating Officer of Pitney Bowes MapInfo Business Applications Limited and Pitney Bowes Software, Inc. (alternate name, Pitney Bowes Business Insight Inc.). Mr. Semmes led Pitney Bowes Software's global efforts to align all resources (people, process and systems) to most effectively drive its global growth strategy. Mr. Semmes was established standard business practices and collaboration initiatives across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific regions, resulting in increased customer satisfaction, organizational efficiency and profitability. Prior to joining Pitney Bowes Software (formerly, MapInfo Corporation), he served as a Senior Director at Oracle for nine years with successes in leading the development of new organizations, models and strategies. While living in Bangalore, India, Mr. Semmes established Oracle Consulting, North America India Operations, an organization of more than 500 employees providing new capabilities and more competitive price points for blended services to commercial, government and higher education clients in North America, Europe and South Asia. During his tenure with Oracle, he held line management positions leading Enterprise Resource Planning and Technology Consulting Practices as well as staff roles focusing on consulting operations. Mr. Semmes has twenty years of software industry experience. Mr. Semmes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the Virginia Military Institute and a Master of Science Degree in Management from the Stevens Institute of Technology.

Mr. Steven R. Martin, also known as Steve, has been Chief Innovation Officer and Executive Vice President at Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc. since 2015. Mr. Martin served as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc. since October 2012. Mr. Martin served as Vice President of Engineering and Development at Monotype Imaging Inc. and Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc., from March 2005 to October 2012. He served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc. since October 2010 until 2015. Mr. Robert M. Givens, also known as Bobm co-founded Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc. in 1986 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President from November 2004 to December 2006. Mr. Givens served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Monotype Imaging Inc. until January 1, 2007. From October 1988 to November 2004, he served in various capacities with Agfa Corporation including President of Agfa Monotype since 2000. He also served at Compugraphic Corporation from September 1975 to 1988. He co-founded the Font Technologies division of Compugraphic Corporation in October 1986. He served as the Chairman of Monotype Imaging Inc. He served as the Chairman of Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc. from November 2006 to May 5, 2014. Ms. Lisa A. Landa serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Monotype Imaging Inc. Ms. Landa is responsible for the Monotype's branding and corporate marketing strategy. She has been Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc. since 2015. She served as Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc. since November 2011 until 2015. She served as Chief Marketing Officer at Dynatrace LLC from May 17, 2011 to July 2011. She served as Vice President of Marketing for Vertical Communications Inc. from April 2005 to October 2006.
