My team is friendly and knowledgeable about the things we work on. We get along great and support each other in our individual assignments and responsibilities. No one steps on anyone else's toes trying to push themselves to the front of the pack, we just all push forward together.

When they saw that I had a wide range of experience they had me interview for other positions that I might be able to do in addition to what I came in for, so they were interested in actually finding a good fit not just filling chairs
