Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
McDonald's literally pays better. Higher hourly wage would make more sense.
Single moms need more pto to account for extra time missed due to lack of childcare
The culture is toxic, long hours and subpar pay
What are some of the best things about your team?
Cooperative and a variety of experience level allows us to solve problems.

Team coordination is very good and helpful teammates
communication and we're all experienced professionals
My team is friendly and knowledgeable about the things we work on. We get along great and support each other in our individual assignments and responsibilities. No one steps on anyone else's toes trying to push themselves to the front of the pack, we just all push forward together.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Our coworkers need to stay away from politics and work together
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are open about expectations and understandable when the work load gets overwhelming.

Everyone supports each other with the end goal in mind. The kind of toxic competition that exists in some workplaces does not exist at Mouser.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Well organised and smooth onboarding
I was told a lot about the positions I was being interviewed for. When they saw that I had a wide range of experience they had me interview for other positions that I might be able to do in addition to what I came in for, so they were interested in actually finding a good fit not just filling chairs
It was quick and to the point. They did not make me wait or fail to call back. They were very informative about everything I needed to do for each step of the process.

Solving tricky problems and seeing my work displayed. Having my efforts appreciated.
The work life balance is good
I enjoy accomplishing things and being recognized for my overall contributions to the company. Not publicly recognized, just a, "Nice job," is all I need.
Strong community. Profitable growing company means you don't have to worry about everything that comes with a struggling org.
