Varied depending on my supervisor. Sometimes my experience was great, sometimes I was miserable. Either way the company took up too much of my life and eventually asked me to be available in a way that was detrimental to my mental health.
The leadership team needs improvement
Amazing company where I can bring tur self to work everyday and contribute to the Mud Bay's mission. So excited that every entry level position starts at a living wage, not a minimum wage. Growth and advancement opportunities. Accessible and communicative leadership.
