National General Insurance – Took our vehicle, totaled it. Stalled for weeks. Reached settlement. Then we mailed title and they said never received it. Lied to us and said that bmv wouldnt allow them to request duplicate for 5 business days. We called BMV. Total lie. Stopped our rental before settlement money was issued. Awful!

Communication, expediting claims. Hiring competent agents. I seriously want the email address of the CEO.
