How employees describe working at Nativo
Positive. I am sure there are better companies out there, and many people do go off in search of them, but few find them and subsequently end up back at Nativo, where they knew they belonged anyway. It really is great. It's like one big happy family
Nativo is a unique place where hard work is recognized on ever level and where your efforts have direct impacts on business goals and impact can be is achievable.
It's been great lots of challenges and growth. Excited for the quantum leap that's coming.
While I am happy to be apart of Nativo, I often feel challenged and outcasted by my team. I am hoping through me communicating this, things will get better over time and I can continue to call Nativo home.
Overall, I'm very satisfied. It's challenging and provides lots of growth opportunities. Plus culture is the best I've seen.

How's the leadership on the Marketing team at Nativo?
Seemed fine, but no direct experiences the recruiter seemed somewhat senior.
How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at Nativo?
I thought it was fine. I didn’t get it, so not so so well. It was professional.
How long do the interviews usually take at Nativo?
My interview was 30 minutes
What should I wear for an interview at Nativo?
It was just an intro call so I didn’t show in person. They seemed like ‘young person business casual’ in terms of culture references.
What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at Nativo?
No difficult questions lots of open lead questions..
How flexible is your work schedule at Nativo?
I got the impression they were flexible with regular meetings style.
What does the ideal candidate in the Marketing department look like at Nativo?
Seemed like I wanted too much money to get an nyc position. So I imagine a recent college graduate with 1 yr experience is what they really wanted.

What is your experience within the advertising world? Very broad which was nice and then a follow up question for a detail.

Seemed like remote work was ok

The product is a way to keep advertorials into a better look preserving their and higher view ability across web and app interfaces.

Seemed like an interesting native advertorial approach. The product side was getting investment as a serious start up.
What Marketing department questions did Nativo ask during your job interview?
The interviewer was really polite. He asked very direct questions about my software marketing experience, which is not robust. There was also an initial dust up when I first spoke with the recruiter about having a conversation over ‘coffee’ and the reviewer thought I meant seeing them in person though he was in California.
