Mr. Michael Nierenberg, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of New Residential Investment Corp. November 13, 2013 and its Chairman since May 2016. Mr. Nierenberg served as the Global Head, Mortgages and Securitized Products of BofA Merrill Lynch since September 2008. Mr. Nierenberg served as Managing Director and Co-Head of Securitized Products at J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and America Merrill Lynch. He joined Bear Stearns in 1994 and served as its Head of Interest Rate and Foreign Exchange Trading Operations, Co-Head of Structured Products and Co-Head of Mortgage-backed securities trading. He has been a Director at New Residential Investment Corp. since November 13, 2013. Before Bear Stearns, Mr. Nierenberg spent seven years at Lehman Brothers, where he was instrumental in building up its adjustable rate mortgage business.

Mr. Nicola Santoro Jr., has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of New Residential Investment Corp. since September 21, 2015. Mr. Santoro served as Chief Accounting Officer of FXCM, Inc. from 2012 to September 2015, where he was responsible for directing its financial reporting, accounting, tax and financial planning activities. He was employed at the Financial Guaranty Insurance Company from 2005 to 2012 and served as its Principal Financial Officer since November 2008. Mr. Santoro is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Jonathan R. Brown serves as Chief Accounting Officer at of New Residential Investment Corp. Mr. Brown served as the Chief Accounting Officer at Fortress Investment Group LLC since 2006 until May 2013. He joined Fortress Investment Group in 1999. Mr. Brown served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of New Residential Investment Corp. from October 10, 2014 to September 21, 2015. He served as Controller at Reis Services LLC. Mr. Brown served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Newcastle Investment Corp. since June 3, 2013 and served as its Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from June 3, 2013 to March 4, 2014. Mr. Brown served as Controller at Wellsford Real Properties Inc. and at Reis, Inc. from 1997 to 1999 and Wellsford Residential Property Trust from 1994 to 1997. From 1988 to 1994, he was at Kenneth Leventhal & Co. from where he left as a Manager focused on real estate and related financial products. Mr. Brown has been working in accounting and finance for over 20 years. He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from New York University.
