For the most part they are all very human. Everyone has their space of growth. They appreaciate people who are there to collaborate and find solutions.

I was a fan of Newsmax and our CEO before I ever worked at Newsmax. Of course, I had worked for other conservative organizations and Newsmax has an incredible management staff and some very positive benefits of working at Newsmax. They are professional but seem to care about employees.
