Mr. Rolf Ivar Amundsen served as Advisor of Nordic American Tankers Limited (formerly Nordic American Tanker Shipping Ltd.). He has been the Vice Chairman of Nordic American Tankers Limited since 1997. Mr. Ugland established a ship management company in the United Kingdom. Mr. Ugland led the public company, Ugland International Holdings plc. Mr. Ugland has been a Director of Nordic American Tanker Shipping Ltd. since February 1997. Mr. Ugland is a Director at Ugland Nordic Shipping AS. He served as Director at Mosvold Middle East Jackup Ltd. and Scala, Inc. In 1984, he was bestowed with the highest award by the Norwegian King to a private person Knight of First Class of the Royal Norwegian Saint Olav's Order for his innovative work for Norwegian shipping.
