Mr. Marchand Snyman, CA (SA), CA (Aust.), has been the Chief Financial Officer of Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. since August 1, 2008. Mr. Snyman served as the Chief Financial Officer of Continental Minerals Corporation. He serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Hunter Dickinson Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Heatherdale Resources from November 17, 2009 to April 2012. Mr. Snyman served as the Chief Financial Officer of Continental Minerals Corp., since February 8, 2008. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Hunter Dickinson Services Inc. He served as General Manager, Corporate Finance and Business Development of Anglo American Platinum Corporation Limited from 1999 to 2002, where he was responsible for managing diverse projects including joint venture negotiations, corporate tax structures and offshore corporate operations. From 1996 to 2002, he served as Corporate Finance Manager and General Manager Corporate Finance and Development for Anglo Platinum Limited. Mr. Snyman served as a Senior Financial Advisor for a Multi-modal Transportation Company in South Africa. He serves as the Chairman of Northcliff Resources Ltd. and has been its Director since January 31, 2013. He serves as a Director of Hunter Dickinson Services Inc. and Hunter Dickinson Inc. He served as a Director of Rathdowney Resources Limited until March 15, 2011. He served as a Director of Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. since August 1, 2008 until February 25, 2016. He served as a Director of Continental Minerals Corp. since February 8, 2008 and Muratie Investments Pty Limited from 2003 to 2006. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is a dual Australian and South African Chartered Accountant. Mr. Snyman obtained a B Comm. (Accountancy) Degree in 1988 and a B Comm. in Accountancy degree in 1989 from the University of Pretoria and an Advanced Diploma in Treasury Management (cum laude) from the University of South Africa in 1993.

Mr. Robert Allan Dickinson, also known as Bob, B.Sc., M.Sc., serves as the President of United Mineral Services Ltd. Mr. Dickinson serves as Geology and Resources Director of Northern Dynasty Pebble Project at Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. Mr. Dickinson served as the Chief Executive Officer of Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd., from May 1997 to November 2001. He served as the President of Amarc Resources Ltd. from September 1995 to September 2000, Chief Financial Officer from September 1995 to September 1998 and Chief Executive Officer from September 1998 to September 2000. He is a Director and Member of Special Committee of Continental Minerals Corporation. He served as the President of Atlatsa Resources Corporation from September 1996 to September 2000, Chief Financial Officer from September 1996 to February 1999 and Chief Executive Officer from February 1999 to September 2000. Mr. Dickinson served as Chief Executive Officer of Farallon Resources Ltd. from December 1995 to September 2000. Mr. Sean Magee, BA serves as an Executive Vice President Strategic Communications and Public Affairs at Hunter Dickinson Inc. Mr. Magee has been Vice President of Public Affairs at Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. since October 2006. He served the Vice President of Public Affairs at Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. since June 2010. He served as the Director of Public Affairs for The Pebble Limited Partnership, formed in July 2007. He served as an Executive Vice President of Public Affairs at Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. He served as Director of Public Affairs at Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. He served as Vice President and General Manager of Optimum Public Relations-Vancouver at Cossette Communication Group Inc. He is a former journalist, speechwriter, media trainer and corporate communication consultant whose 20 year career includes more than 16 years experience in natural resource development. Prior to joining HDI, he co-founded and led one of Vancouver's leading corporate public relations companies, managing a blue-chip roster of local, national and international clientele. Mr. Magee has been involved in communication and public affairs issues affecting natural resource industries for more than 15 years. Prior to joining Northern Dynasty as Vice President of Public Affairs in 2006, he was the principal of one of Vancouver's leading corporate communication and public relations agencies. During his 10-year tenure as Vice President and General Manager of Optimum Public Relations at Cossette Inc., he provided strategic counsel and communication planning services to a blue-chip Canadian and international clientele in the mining, forestry, energy, transportation, telecommunication, technology, manufacturing, retail and real estate sectors. He has worked as part of the project development team for the Pebble Project since 2004 and has had a professional relationship with Vancouver-based mineral exploration and development company Hunter Dickinson Inc. since 1996. Mr. Magee has been involved in numerous major project developments in the mining, energy and transportation sectors in Canada and served two years as Communication Manager for a major forest industry association in British Columbia in the early 1990s.
