NVE Corporation Culture Company

John K. Myers has been serving as Vice President - New Business Development of NVE Corp. in 1997 and has been instrumental in developing the Coupler business as Vice President of the Coupler Products Business Unit until assuming his current position in April, 2003. Mr. Myers has 30 years of experience in management and new business development in the semiconductor and other industries. Prior to joining NVE he held management positions with FSI International and the Allen-Bradley Company. Mr. Myers holds BSEE and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Curt A. Reynders has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at NVE Corp. since January 18, 2006 and also serves as its Secretary. Mr. Reynders served as a Controller of Nve Corp. from 2001 to January 2006. From 1987 to 2001, he served in various accounting and accounting management positions with public accounting and industry firms. He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a B.S. in Accounting and Economics from Morningside College.

Peter Eames serves as the Vice President of Advanced Technology of NVE Corporation. Peter currently resides in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.
