Mr. Michael J. Orlando has been the Chief Operating Officer at Nxt-ID, Inc. since May 23, 2017. Mr. Orlando has over 22 years of experience in technology sales. He served as the Chief Sales Officer of Jumio Corporation. He was responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales operations and the customer experience. He served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Services at CyberSource Corporation since January 2010. He joined CyberSource Corporation in 2000 and oversaw all enterprise sales and professional services functions worldwide. Prior to January 2010, he served as Vice President of Strategic Markets, Principal for CyberSource Corporation's Professional Services Group and Regional Sales Manager. Prior to CyberSource, he served as District Sales Manager for PaylinX Corporation, a company that was purchased by CyberSource in 2000. He worked in a variety of sales positions in the years prior, including AVT Corporation, Comdial Corporation, Nitsuko America and Inter-Tel. He has been a Director of Nxt-ID, Inc. since June 30, 2017. Mr. Orlando has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from California Coast University.

Mr. C. David Tunnell has been the Chief Technology Officer at Nxt-ID, Inc. since February 2012 and serves as its Executive Vice President and also served as its and Vice President. Mr. Tunnell served as Vice President of Government Solutions of Genex Technologies, Inc. He has over 23 years of experience in developing high-technology solutions for the US Government. 13 of these years were at the National Security Agency (NSA) serving in operations, support and development. He is an expert in biometrics and is the inventor of a variety of miniature technologies for remote distributed sensors. He served as Divisional Director of 3D identification products at Technest Holdings Inc., from 2003 to 2011. He joined Genex from L3 Communications, Apcom, Inc., where he served as Director of Engineering, overseeing the development of SIGINT solutions. While at L3 Communications, he served as the primary interface with customers, bridging the gap between customer requirements and system design and engineering. He also managed technical personnel, budgets, schedules and technical direction. Mr. Tunnell earned a Masters in Technical Management (MSTM) from Johns Hopkins University in 1997 and a BSEE from the University of Tennessee in 1988.

Mr. Vincent S. Miceli, also known as Vin, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at Nxt-ID, Inc. since September 29, 2014. Mr. Miceli served as the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer at Nevamar Holdco, LLC. He joined Panolam Industries International in May 2006. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Panolam Industries International Incorporated since May 9, 2006 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as Chief Accounting Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Controller and Corporate Secretary of OptiCare Health Systems, Inc. since July 2005. At OptiCare, he was responsible for directing its overall financial policies and overseeing financial functions, including accounting, budget, insurance, tax and public reporting. During his 26-year career, Mr. Miceli has held senior financial management positions in the manufacturing and healthcare industries. Mr. Miceli joined OptiCare Health Systems, Inc. as Director of external reporting in 2004 and was promoted to Vice President of Finance since May 2005. Before joining OptiCare, he served 10 years as Assistant Corporate Controller of Amphenol Corp., from 1994 to 2004. He was also named in 1997 to Waterbury's Budget Advisory Council, which was created to monitor city finances after the General Assembly gave Waterbury permission to bond its deficit. He is also an affiliate member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Miceli holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Quinnipiac College.

Michael Orlando serves as the Chief Operating Officer, Board Member of NXT-ID Inc.. Michael started at NXT-ID Inc. in May of 2017. Michael is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Mike Remedios serves as the Director Board Of Directors of NXT-ID Inc.. Mike started at NXT-ID Inc. in September of 2013. Mike is currently based in the United States.

Chris Orlando serves as the Vice President Communications and Investor Relations of NXT-ID Inc.. Chris started at NXT-ID Inc. in May of 2017. Chris is currently based in the Greater San Diego Area.

Scott Stevelinck serves as the SVP of Engineering of NXT-ID Inc.. Scott started at NXT-ID Inc. in June of 2017. Scott is currently based in the Greater Denver Area.

David Tunnell serves as the CTO of NXT-ID Inc.. David started at NXT-ID Inc. in June of 2011. David is currently based in the Melbourne, Florida Area.
