This company is setting itself up for a buy-out. Likely by a real big player like Coke or Pepsi. The automation, thinning out, and streamlining is not for the sake of "efficiency".

Focusing on Innovation and trying to keep a sinking ship afloat. Are very open to trying new things and getting employees on board and excited. Trying very hard to be transparent with employees about organizational change and transitions.

Way too much "transition" all for the bottom line. Not for purpose, not for growers, not for savings. "Transitions" come randomly and without warning. Terrible environment of fear and anxiety. Older generation with long tenure get great packages. Young employees with talent get let go.
