Mr. walker holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree from georgetown university's mcdonough school of business and a JD and LLM in taxation from georgetown university law center.

Mr. Otto J. Kumbar has been President of Ocwen Mortgage Services at Ocwen Financial Corp. since August 2015.
