Ms. Maritza Arizmendi, CPA, Esq., has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at OFG Bancorp since March 2017. Ms. Arizmendi served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance at OFG Bancorp since July 2014 until March 2017 and since 2012 until March 2017 Respectively. Ms. Arizmendi served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria Puerto Rico since 2006, Senior Vice President of Financial Planning from 2000 to 2006 and as Vice President of Risk Management from 1998 to 2000. Ms. Arizmendi served as Vice President of Loan Review at Poncebank. She started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she attained the position of Senior Auditor. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is admitted to practice law in Puerto Rico. Ms. Arizmendi received her Bachelors Degree in Accounting and a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico.

Dr. Ganesh Kumar has been the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of OFG Bancorp since March 2017. Dr. Kumar served as the Chief Financial Officer of Oriental Financial Group Inc. since January 2012 until March 2017 and served as its Executive Vice President until March 2017. Dr. Kumar is responsible for corporate finance, strategic planning, accounting and financial reporting and business analytics. He served as an Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning at Oriental Financial Group Inc. from February 1, 2012. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations & Strategic Planning at Oriental Financial Group Inc. He is in charge of business line operations, information technology and human resources at Oriental Financial Group. He served as Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning at Oriental Financial Group Inc. since March 29, 2004. Mr. Kumar served as Consultant of Oriental and contributed to the formulation of the Oriental Way concept. He served as Director of Consulting for Gartner, Inc. During five years tenure with Gartner, he assisted a wide array of financial services companies, ranging from multi-national giants to niche corporations, in developing technology-enabled strategies and operational plans to meet desired results. He served as Manager of McKesson Corporation from 1997 to 1999. He served as Planning and Technology Architect of Intercontinental Hotels Group from 1995 to 1997 and Consultant to financial services clients worldwide from 1986 to 1995. Mr. Kumar holds an Undergraduate degree in Science and an MBA degree in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Madras in India.

Mr. Luis Alejandro, C.P.A., C.I.S.A. had served as the Senior Vice President of Branch Administration for Oriental Bank and Trust ('Oriental Bank'), a subsidiary of Oriental Financial Group Inc., since July 2001. Mr. Alejandro was First Vice President of Electronic Banking of the Bank from January 2000 to June 2001; Vice President of Banking Operations of the Bank from January 1995 to December 1999; and General Auditor of the Bank from April 1990 to December 1994. Before joining the Bank in 1990, Mr. Alejandro was a Senior Auditor of Ernst and Young from May 1985 to March 1990. Mr. Alejandro is a certified public accountant and a certified information systems auditor. He has been a member of the Puerto Rico Society of Certified Public Accountants since 1985. He has also been a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association since 1994.

Ms. Grettel Baez, CPA serves as Senior Vice President and ERM director of OFG Bancorp since May 2013. Mr. Baez served as Senior Vice President of Banking Operations at Oriental Financial Group Inc. since January 1, 2010. Ms. Baez previously served as Auditor General and Vice President of Oriental Financial Group Inc. until January 1, 2010.
