Mr. Bilal Rashid serves as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Senior Managing Director at OFS Capital Management, LLC. Mr. Rashid is responsible for the strategic initiatives and capital markets related activities of OFS Management. Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Mr. Rashid was a Managing Director in the Global Markets & Investment Banking (GMI) division at Merrill Lynch. Over the years, he has advised and arranged financing for commercial finance companies including Business Development Companies (BDCs), banks and asset management companies including hedge funds and private equity firms. Before joining Merrill Lynch, he was a Vice President at Natixis Capital Markets from 2003 to 2005. Mr. Rashid joined Natixis as part of a large team move from CIBC World Markets. Prior to that, he worked as a Financial Analyst at Lehman Brothers from 1993 to 1995 and as an Investment Analyst in the project finance area at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), which is part of the World Bank from 1995 to 1997. He has been a Director of OFS Capital Corporation since 2010. He served as a Director of CIBC World Markets from 1999 to 2003. Mr. Rashid has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, debt capital markets and investing as it relates to corporate credit, structured credit and securitization. Mr. Rashid holds an MBA from Columbia University in 1999 and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 1993.

Ms. Linda S. Vandenburgh has been Senior Counsel and Vice President of BMO Harris Bank N.A. (formerly Harris National Association) since 2010. Ms. Vandenburgh served as Secretary at various BMO Funds. She serves as a Corporate Secretary at OFS Capital Corporation. She served as Secretary of various Marshall Funds since August 3, 2011. She served as Senior Counsel at Northern Trust from 2004 to 2010.

Mr. Eric P. Rubenfeld, JD, served as Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Principal of CIM Group at CIM Commercial Trust Corporation until April 26, 2017. Mr. Rubenfeld has been Chief Compliance Officer of OFS Capital Corporation since 2010. He serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at OFS Capital Management, LLC. He oversees its legal, compliance, risk management, human resources and information technology functions. Mr. Rubenfeld serves as the General Counsel for several affiliated entities of OFS Capital, including OFSC. Mr. Rubenfeld has over 19 years of experience in advising investment advisers, insurance companies, investment banks and other financial institutions. He joined OFS Capital Management in 2010. He served as Chief Compliance Officer, Vice President and Secretary of Saratoga Investment Corp. since October 13, 2009. Prior to joining OFS Capital, he spent four years at GSC Group and served as its General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. He also served as the Chief Compliance Officer of GSC Capital Corp. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Rubenfeld served as Director and Counsel at Assured Guaranty Corp, where he worked extensively with underwriters and risk managers in structured finance transactions. From 1995 to 2004, he served as an attorney in private practice with a number of leading law firms, including Proskauer Rose, Arnold & Porter and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, culminating in his position as counsel with McKee Nelson LLP. Mr. Rubenfeld has a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Economics and History, magna cum laude, from UCLA.

Mr. Jeffrey A. Cerny, also known as Jeff, JD, serves as the Chief Credit Officer, Senior Managing Director and Partner at Orchard First Source Capital, Inc. He is responsible for the oversight of underwriting, credit monitoring, CLO portfolio compliance and loan administration for senior loans. He is also involved in policy making as well as negotiating and structuring OFS's structured funding vehicles. He was responsible for compliance with all credit policies as well as the oversight of the credit evaluation and troubled credit functions. He serves as the Treasurer and Senior Managing Director at OFS Capital Management, LLC. He oversees the Finance and accounting functions of the OFS Capital Management as well as underwriting, credit monitoring, CLO portfolio compliance and loan administration for OFS Capital Management's Broadly Syndicated Loan business. Prior to joining OFS in 1999, he was the Deputy Division Head of the Asset Management Division at Sanwa Business Credit Corporation. He spent more than 13 years in various positions working in middle market distressed debt at Sanwa Business Credit Corporation, American National Bank & Trust Company of Chicago and Charter Bank Group. He served as Deputy Division Head in charge of distressed middle market loan assets at Sanwa Business Credit Corporation. His experience in leveraged finance, workouts, banking and credit exceeds 25 years. Mr. Cerny holds a J.D. degree from DePaul University's School of Law, a Masters of Management Degree in Finance and Economics from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
