Mr. Don Pilmer serves as Executive Vice President of Commercial Lending at Old Second National Bank and served as its Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Banking for Old Second National Bank, a subsidiary of Old Second BanCorp. Inc. since January 23, 2012. Mr. Pilmer serves as an Executive Vice President of The Old Second National Bank Of Aurora. He began his banking career at Old Second and has been with it for more than 20 years. He has spent the majority of his service in commercial banking and branch development. He serves on the Board of Directors for Aurora Crimestoppers. He is a Member of the Aurora Planning Commission and the Aurora Zoning Board of Appeals. Mr. Pilmer has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from North Central College, Naperville and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Aurora University.

Mr. Keith Gottschalk has been the Chief Operating Officer of Old Second National Bank, a subsidiary of Old Second BanCorp. Inc since January 23, 2012 also serves as its Executive Vice President. In addition to oversight of the retail banking division, Mr. Gottschalk oversees the operations and information technologies department. He joined Old Second in 2001. The majority of his 30 years of banking experience has been in the Operations/IT and retail areas of the bank. Prior to joining Old Second, he was employed by Pinnacle Bank/Old Kent and FBOP Corp/Park National Bank. Mr. Gottschalk attended the University of Illinois-Chicago Circle and the American Institute of Banking.

Mr. James L. Eccher, also known as Jim, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Old Second Bancorp Inc. since January 1, 2015. Mr. Eccher has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Old Second National Bank since 2003. He has been the Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Vice President of Old Second Bank since 2003. Mr. Eccher served as the Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Vice President of Old Second BanCorp. Inc. since 2007 until 2015. He served as Senior Vice President and Branch Director of Old Second National Bank from 1999 to 2003 and President and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Sugar Grove from 1995 to 1999. He has been a Director of Old Second BanCorp Inc. since 2006. Mr. Eccher has been a Director of Old Second National Bank since 2006. He serves as a Member of Board of Governors at Rush-Copley Medical Center, Inc.

Mr. Bradley S. Adams, also known as Brad, has been Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer at Old Second Bancorp, Inc and Old Second National Bank since May 02, 2017. Mr. Adams serves as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of W2 Freedom, LLC and Community Bank Strategic Equity Fund, LLC. Mr. Adams served as Executive Vice President and Director of Corporate Development & Strategy at TCF Financial Corporation since November 15, 2016. He served as Executive Managing Director of Corporate Development and Executive Managing Director of Corporate Development - Talmer Bank at Talmer Bancorp, Inc. since 2011 until 2016. Mr. Adams joined Talmer Bank in December 2010 and was responsible for corporate development activities including merger and valuation analysis and internal management of financial reporting. From 2006 to 2010, Mr. Adams served as a Managing Director for W2 Freedom, LLC, where he was responsible for conducting financial analysis of potential investment opportunities. Mr. Adams served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of W2 Freedom, LLC. He served as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of a private equity firm centered around bank investments and as Director of investor relations for a large Midwestern bank holding company. Mr. Adams served as Director of Investor Relations for Fifth Third Bancorp. Mr. Adams has extensive experience across multiple disciplines, including corporate development, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, capital management, investor relations and corporate finance for both publicly traded financial services companies and private equity. Mr. Adams has over 15 years of banking and management experience including merger and acquisition analysis, financial reporting and credit underwriting. Mr. Adams served as a consultant on Acquisition Related Matters for Talmer Bank. Mr. Adams serves as a Director of W2 Freedom, LLC and Community Bank Strategic Equity Fund, LLC.
