Mr. Raoul Quijada has been Chief Financial Officer at Ominto, Inc. since March 31, 2017. Mr. Quijada served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer at Ominto, Inc. from June 13, 2016 to March 31, 2017. He is an employee of Resources Global Professionals, where he has served as a Consultant since the beginning of 2016. He joined Ominto Inc. with over 20-years experience bringing with him a significant record of leadership in several Fortune 500 Companies. Mr. Quijada started his career at Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP. He was employed by Afligo Marketing Services, Inc. where he served as its Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations and was responsible for leading the functions of financial management and strategic planning as well as operations. Prior to that, he was the Senior Director of Finance at Newell Rubbermaid from 2005 to 2007, the Director of Strategic Planning & Analysis from 2003 to 2005 and the Director of Finance -LAC Division from 1998 to 2003. As a Certified Six Sigma and proficient in the Six Sigma/Lean Principles, Mr. Quijada has used his expertise in Operational Excellence to lead several initiatives to increase efficiencies through the implementation of different mechanisms designed to improve core processes and measure operational effectiveness. Mr. Quijada attended New York University and Concordia University with a double major in Business Administration & Finance and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas ??? Graduate School of Business in Minneapolis MN and a Certificate of Professional Achievement in Leadership & Management from the Kellogg School of Management - Evanston, IL.

Ms. Betina Dupont Sorensen has been the Chief Operating Officer of Ominto, Inc. since September 1, 2016. Ms. Sorensen served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Dubli Network at Ominto, Inc. since 2005 until 2016. She was responsible for all distribution, marketing and communications functions for DubLi Network's Business Associates. She also serves as the Manager of DubLi's office in Dubai, UAE. Ms. Sorensen served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Ominto, Inc. (formerly, DubLi, Inc.) since September 2005 and served as its Head of Marketing. From 2003 to October 2009, Ms. Sorenson served for DubLi and its related predecessor Internet auction entities in the areas of marketing and business development. Early in her career, she was employed in a Danish marketing firm and spent two years with Modulex, a division of LEGO where she worked in the accounting and logistics department. As a seasoned business executive, she was the Owner and served as General Manager of a restaurant in Kolding, Denmark from 1996 to 2003 and she has also managed accounting and HR for several nightclubs in Denmark. She began her career in Network Marketing in the late 1990s and spent three years building large organizations and customer bases for two US multi-level marketing companies. She is fluent in Danish, English and German and is conversational in Spanish. She earned a Degree in Business Administration from Vejle Business College in 1996.

Mr. Mitchell C. Hill, also known as Mitch, has been Executive Chairman of the Board of Ominto, Inc. since June 21, 2017 and its Executive Director since May 6, 2015. Mr. Hill is a Co-Founder of Fortunato Capital Management, Inc. and serves as its Chief Financial Officer. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President of Time Arizona Inc. He served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Ominto, Inc. from January 26, 2016 to June 1, 2016. Mr. Hill has an extensive and successful track record with private equity and venture capital-backed firms. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of ALPHAEON Corporation (Alphaeon, Inc.) from 2013 to 2015. He served as the Principal Accounting Officer, Principal Financial Officer and Manager of Parkway Imaging Center, LLC. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Signal Medical Services, Inc. and Syncor Diagnostics Sacramento LLC since January 10, 2005 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as the President of Alphaeon Freedom at ALPHAEON Corporation. He served as Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President of Maxum Health Services Corp., Nddc Inc., Comprehensive Medical Imaging Centers, Inc., of Phoenix Regional Pet Center-Thunderbird LLC, Comprehensive Medical Imaging--Fairfax, Inc. and Maxum Health Corp/Ca. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President of TME Arizona, Inc., Maxum Health Services of North Texas, Inc. and Maxum Health Services Of Dallas Inc. He served as the President at BMS Medical Management, Inc. since February 2004. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Visiogen, Inc. from December 2008 to 2010 and also served as its Vice President. Mr. Hill served as the Chief Financial Officer of Cameron Health, Inc. from August 2010 to 2012. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President of Insight Health Corporation, a Manager and General Partner of its various associates firms since January 10, 2005. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Insight Health Services Holdings Corp. from January 10, 2005 to October 31, 2008 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of BMS Reimbursement Management from April 2001 to December 2004. He served at WorkWell Systems, Inc. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Buy.Com Inc., (now Rakuten Commerce LLC) from November 1, 1999 to April 2000 and President and Chief Financial Officer from April 2000 to February 2001. He worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs. Throughout his career, he has supported startup launches and has transformed companies from R&D phases and private capitalization to commercialization with manufacturing, marketing and sales, including preparation for IPO. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Walt Disney Imagineering from May 1996 to October 1999. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Disney Development Company from March 1995 to May 1996 and served as its Director of Finance and New Business from April 1992 to May 1995. He served as a Director of BMS Medical Management, Inc. since February 2004. Mr. Hill holds a B.S. in Business Accounting, summa cum laude from Brigham Young University and his M.B.A. in Finance from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Mr. Bicky Carlra serves as Executive Vice President of Business Strategy at Ominto, Inc. (formerly, DubLi, Inc.). In addition, Mr. Carlra leads Ominto's strategic partnerships & business expansion in the developing markets. Mr. Carlra is the Founder of TraVision and serves as its Group President. He served as an Executive Director of DubLi Travel at DubLi, Inc. since April 05, 2013. He was responsible for growing and developing DubLi's travel portal, focused primarily on serving its global customers on a local level around the world and bringing them a full portfolio of travel services. Mr. Carlra joined DubLi in February 2013 following a 30 year career in the travel and hospitality industry, where he specialized in the Asia Pacific and Middle East Regions. His initial responsibility at DubLi was management of the travel portal. As an international executive, he has worked in India, Dubai, Singapore and London through his career specializing in managing businesses in Asia Pacific, Middle East & the African Regions. Earlier in his career, he spent four years as Managing Director and Senior Vice President-APAC & ME of a Dax 30 company, TQ3 Travel Solutions, a TUI Germany owned Global Travel Management Company. From 1985 to 2002, Mr. Carlra held multiple positions within the Emirates Group, starting his career with the airline a few weeks following its launch and later holding several management positions within the Travel Agency side of the business. He has led the development of several divisions on a regional level for a variety of companies including Business Travel, Event Marketing, Customer Loyalty and Marketing. He is a published Author of the first book on Travel Management in Asia Pacific -- At Face Value and is a distinguished speaker at Travel Conferences around the world. Mr. Carlra graduated in Business Administration and Management from Delhi University.
