Mr. Asher Levy has been the Chief Executive Officer of Orbotech Ltd. since January 1, 2013. Mr. Levy served as President of Global Business at Orbotech Ltd since June 2010. Mr. Levy served as Executive Vice President for Business and Strategy since July 2006 to July 1, 2009 and served as Corporate Vice President from November 2002 to July 2006 and President of the Printed Circuit Board Division. From November 2000 to October 2002, he served as the Managing Director of Orbotech Technology Ventures. From June 1997 to July 2000 he served as the President of Orbotech Pacific Ltd. He joined Orbot in 1990 and held various managerial and marketing positions until 1997, including vice president for sales and marketing at Orbotech, Inc. Prior to joining Orbot, Mr. Levy worked for Apple Computer, Inc. and Digital Equipment Corporation. He serves as a Director of Orbotech Holding U.K. Ltd. Mr. Levy holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management from Ben-Gurion University and a master's degree in business administration from Tel Aviv University. He is a graduate of the advanced management program at Harvard Business School.

Dr. Jacob Richter, also known as Kobi, founded Medinol Ltd. and serves the Chairman and Chief Technology Officer. Dr. Richter is a Co-Founder of Biorest. Dr. Richter oversees all aspects of Medinol Medical Equipment's stent technology, research and development and manufacturing. Dr. Richter is a Co-founder of Orbotech Ltd. He served as the Managing Director of Marathon-Capital Development Fund Ltd. from 1992 to 1994 and served as its Director of Marketing of Orbot since January 1992. He was Director of New Product Development of Orbot from January 1990 to 1992 and Director of Product Development of Orbot from 1986 to 1990. He served as Head of Research and Development of the Israeli Air Force. He has been a Director of Orbotech Ltd. since January 1, 2012. He serves as a Director of Arineta Ltd. Dr. Richter served as a Director of Orbotech Ltd., since 1997. He has been a Director of Medinol Ltd., since 1993 and also serves as Director of Medinol Medical Equipment. Dr. Richter served as a Director of Orbotech Ltd., from October 27, 1992 to August 15, 1993. He holds a Doctorate in Neuro Physiology and Brain Research from Tel Aviv University and worked as a Post-Doctoral and Research Fellow at the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory of The Massachusetts Institute of Technology ('MIT') from 1979 to 1982.

Mr. Kevin T. Crofton serves as the Chief Operating Officer at SPTS Technologies Limited and has been its President since February 2014. Mr. Crofton has been Corporate Executive Vice President of Orbotech Ltd. since November 08, 2017 and served as Corporate Vice President until November 08, 2017. He served as Managing Director of Single Wafer Division and Executive Vice President of SPTS Technologies Limited. He served as a Vice President and General Manager of PVD/CVD/Etch Business Unit of ATI Liquidating, Inc. (Aviza Technology Inc.), since March 2, 2006. Mr. Crofton was responsible for managing the future growth and expanding market position of Aviza's PVD, CVD and etch product lines for both semiconductor and non-mainstream semiconductor markets. In addition, he was overseeing Aviza's Newport operations. Mr. Crofton has 13 years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment market. Mr. Crofton served as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing of TEL NEXX, Inc. since March 2005, where he was responsible for establishing targeted account penetration strategies for its PVD and Plating product line. Mr. Crofton joined Newport Corp. in January 2002 as Vice President and General Manager of Fiber Optics and Photonics Division. Since August 2002, he served as General Manager of Advanced Packaging and Automation Systems Division at Newport Corp. Prior to joining Newport Corp., Mr. Crofton served as Managing Director and General Manager of the Chemical Mechanical Planarization/Clean Products Group of Lam Research Corporation from July 1999 to December 2001. From May 1994 to July 1999, he held various other positions with Lam Research, including Director of Product Management and Product Support for its conductor etch product lines. Prior to joining Lam Research, Mr. Crofton held various positions at the United Technologies Chemical Systems Division of Pratt & Whitney from December 1987 to May 1994, most recently as Program Manager for Advanced Product Development. He serves as a Director at Orbotech Holding U.K. Ltd. He serves as a Director of SPTS Technologies Holdings Ltd. He served as a Director of Nexx Systems Inc. until November 2004. Mr. Crofton has a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master's degree in International Business from American University.

Mr. Amichai Steimberg has been the Chief Operating Officer of Orbotech Ltd. since June 2010 and has been its President since January 1, 2013. Mr. Steimberg served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Global Finance and Operations of Orbotech Ltd. from July 1, 2009 to May 2010. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Orbotech Ltd. from August 2000 to July 1, 2009 and as its Executive Vice President from May 2006 to July 1, 2009. He served as Corporate Vice President of Finance of Orbotech from August 2000 to May 2006. From January 1997 to July 2000, he served as an Executive Vice President of Orbotech, Inc. and its Vice President of Finance and Operations from 1995 to January 1997. Prior to joining Orbotech, Mr. Steimberg served as Chief Financial Officer of Orbot Instruments Ltd. He obtained his bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics and Business Administration from the Hebrew University.

Mr. Yochai Richter is the Co-founder of Orbotech Ltd. and has been its Active Chairman of the Board since May 08, 2006. Mr. Richter served as the Chief Executive Officer of Orbotech Ltd. from October 1992 to May 8, 2006. He served as the President of Orbotech Ltd. from November 1994 to November 2002 and its joint Managing Director October 1992 to November 1994. Mr. Richter was a member of the board of Directors and a managing Director of Orbot from its organization in 1983 until the acquisition by Orbotech Ltd., in 1992, of all of the outstanding shares of Orbot. He serves as a Director of SeeRun Corporation. He served as a Director of Photon Dynamics, Inc. He received his degree in mathematics from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology (the Technion) in Haifa in 1972.

Margaret Duncan serves as the EVP of Orbotech. Margaret started at Orbotech in Oct of 1989. Margaret currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.

Tom Bailey serves as the Vice President, AC Product Line of Orbotech. Tom currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Nathaniel Jhong serves as the Vice President, Materials & Planning of Orbotech. Nathaniel currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
