Mr. Kevin J. Lynch has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Oritani Bank (a/k/a Oritani Savings Bank), a subsidiary of Oritani Financial Corp. since 1993. Mr. Lynch has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Oritani Financial Corp. since 1998. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Oritani Financial Corp. and Oritani Saving Bank since 1998. He served as Chairman at UnityPoint Health - Finley Hospital - Dubuque. He served as Chairman of the Board of Pentegra DB Plan for Financial Institutions of Pentegra Services, Inc. (a/k/a Pentegra Retirement Services). He serves as Director of Pentegra Services, Inc. He has been a Director of Oritani Financial Corp. since 1998 and Oritani Saving Bank since 1990. He was elected to the League's Board of Governors in 1995. He serves as a member of the Government Affairs Council and serves on the Board of Directors of the Pentegra Financial Institutions Retirement Fund and Director of Pentegra DB Plan - Financial Institutions. He serves as Director of Thrift Institutions Community Investment Corp. and Hackensack Main Street Business Alliance. He served as a Director of Federal Home Loan Bank Of New York from January 2005 to December 31, 2014. He served as a Director of Pentegra DB Plan for Financial Institutions of Pentegra Services, Inc. Mr. Lynch served as Chairman of the New Jersey League of Community and Savings Bankers and served as a member of its Board of Governors for several years. He is a member of the Professional Development and Education Committees of America's Community Bankers. He is also actively involved in his community as a member of Bergen County Habitat for Humanity's Board of Directors. He is a member of the American Bar Association. He holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Fordham University, an LLM Degree from New York University, an MBA Degree from Rutgers University and a BA in Economics from St. Anselm's College.

Mr. John M. Fields, Jr., also known as Jack, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Oritani Financial Corp. since 1999 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Fields has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Oritani Bank since 1999 and January 2008 respectively. He has over 15 years of accounting experience. He served as Principal Accounting Officer, Chief Information Officer and Treasurer of Oritani Financial Corp. He served as Senior Vice President of Oritani Financial Corp., since 1999. He manages all aspects of Oritani Financial Corp.'s financial management including accounting, treasury, financial reporting, information technology, SEC compliance and shareholder relations. Prior to Oritani, Mr. Fields served for KPMG and two other New Jersey savings banks. He served as Senior Vice President of Oritani Saving Bank from 1999 to January 2008. He served as Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer of First State Financial Services Inc. He also served as Vice President and Controller of First DeWitt Bank, a subsidiary of First State Financial Services Inc. He served as Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of a local publicly-traded financial institution. He has been a Director of Oritani Financial Corp. and its subsidiary Oritani Saving Bank since September 2016. Mr. Fields serves as a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Managers Society. He also assists in coaching youth leagues in Hanover, NJ. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a graduate of Saint Peter's College.

Mr. Louis A. Manderino has been a Chief Risk Officer of Oritani Saving Bank and Executive Vice President of Oritani Saving Bank since September 2016. Mr. Manderino has been a Chief Credit Officer of Oritani Saving Bank since 2010. He serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer at Oritani Financial Corp. He served as the Chief Credit Officer and Senior Vice President of ConnectOne Bank (Also known as North Jersey Community Bank/NJCB). Mr. Manderino began his banking career with Wells Fargo and its predecessor banks, where he spent 24 years advancing to Senior Vice President/Regional Credit Executive.

Mr. Thomas Guinan served as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Township of Washington, N.J.-based Oritani Financial Corp. and its subsidiary Oritani Bank until January 1, 2018.

Mr. Philip M. Wyks has been a Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Oritani Financial Corp. and Oritani Saving Bank, a subsidiary of Oritani Financial Corp. since 1991. Mr. Wyks has been Compliance & Privacy Officer of Oritani Saving Bank, a subsidiary of Oritani Financial Corp. since 1991. He is a co-owner at Laura Ann and Philip M Wyks Trust. He serves as a Director of Thrift Institutions Community Investment Corporation, a subsidiary of New Jersey League of Community Bankers that assists League members in forming consortia to originate loans on low to moderate income housing loans and initiate economic development projects throughout the State of New Jersey. Mr. Wyks served as Compliance & Privacy Officer of Oritani Financial Corp. since 1991.

Ms. Michele M. Calise serves as Senior Vice President and Retail Banking Officer at Oritani Saving Bank and Oritani Financial Corp. Ms. Calise serves as Vice President and Waldwick Branch Manager of Pascack Community Bank. She began employment with Oritani in 2016. Previously, Ms. Calise served as Senior Vice President and Chief Retail Officer at a local institution. Ms. Calise has a long history in commercial banking where she over saw all sales and service activities for over 90 branches in NJ and NY. She served as Senior Vice President and Retail officer at ConnectOne Bank.

Mr. Kurt Breitenstein has been Commercial Lending Officer and Senior Vice President of Oritani Saving Bank at Oritani Financial Corp. since October 2016. Mr. Breitenstein has been the Chief Lending Officer and Executive Vice President of Sussex Bank, a subsidiary of Sussex Bancorp since February 16, 2012. He has strong leadership and management capabilities and is skilled at understanding and structuring a wide variety of credit transactions. Mr. Breitenstein served as a Senior Lending Officer of Sussex Bancorp since Joined in June 2011. Mr. Breitenstein served as Senior Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer at Greater Community Bank and its successor Valley National Bank for four years. He served as a First Vice President and Commercial Lending Team Leader at Interchange Bank and its successor TD Banknorth for 12 years. Mr. Breitenstein is a credit-trained commercial lender with 26 years of banking experience including more than 20 years in credit and lending providing a high level of customer service. He is a board member and Chair of several committees for Habitat for Humanity of Bergen County. He is a member of the Risk Management Association and Garden State Credit Associates. Mr. Breitenstein holds an MBA in Finance from Long Island University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Skidmore College.

Mr. Paul C. Skinner has been the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Oritani Saving Bank and Oritani Financial Corp. since 2008. Mr. Skinner served as Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Operations at a local financial institution.
