Mr. Glen Alex Van Treek has been the Chief Executive Officer President and Director of Paramount Gold Nevada Corp. since February 2015. Mr. Van Treek served as Vice President of Exploration and Chief Operating Officer at Paramount Gold Nevada Corp. from January 2011 to April 2015. He served as President and Director at Paramount Gold Nevada Corp. He served as Vice President of Exploration at Coeur San Miguel Corp. since January 4, 2011 and served as its Chief Operating Officer. He joined Paramount in January 2011 and responsible for overseeing Paramount's exploration programs in Mexico (San Miguel Project) and Nevada (Sleeper Gold Project). He has over 20 years of experience managing projects in different geological environments. He has personally directed and participated in several advanced geological modeling and mine planning during evaluation, prefeasibility, feasibility and construction phases. His project experience includes: La Coipa, Zaldivar and Andacollo Mines in Chile, Mulatos Mine in Mexico, La Libertad Mine in Nicaragua, San Andres Mine in Honduras and Samira Hill Mine in Niger. He had been with Teck since 2000 including served in senior positions in exploration, mining and corporate development. Prior to Paramount, he served as an In-Charge of the geologic exploration program and production geology at Quebrada Blanca Mine in Chile. Prior to Teck, He had been with Placer Dome in Chile, USA and Africa. Mr. Van Treek is a professional geologist and holds a Degree in Geology from the University of Chile.

Mr. Carlo A. Buffone, CMA has been Chief Financial Officer at Paramount Gold Nevada Corp. since February 2010 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Buffone served as the Chief Financial Officer of Coeur San Miguel Corp., since February 2010 and its Principal Accounting Officer. From 1995 to 1999, Mr. Buffone served as Corporate Controller form Huber Suhner Canada. Since 1999, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of ivyNet Corporation in Toronto. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at Coeur San Miguel Corp. From April 2001 to April 2005, Mr. Buffone was a Corporate Development Specialist for CMA Holdings Group, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions. In April 2005, he founded Mama's Boy Wines and has since inception served as its President. He served as a Director of Paramount Gold Nevada Corp. Mr. Buffone has been a Certified Management Accountant since 1995. Mr. Buffone received a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Ottawa in 1993 and studied Mergers and Acquisitions at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2004.

Mr. Christos Theodossiou, also known as Chris, serves as Director of Corporate Communications at Paramount Gold Nevada Corp.

Ms. Nancy J. Wolverson, P.Geo, CPG, MS, MBA serves as Consulting Geologist of AuEx Ventures, Inc. Ms. Wolverson has been Vice President of Exploration and Acquisitions at ICN Resources Ltd., since August 3, 2010. She Has been U.S. Project Manager at Paramount Gold Nevada Corp since 2015. She has over 30 years of experience in mineral exploration and development throughout the US and internationally. She previously served as U.S. Project Manager at Paramount Gold and Silver Corp from 2011 to 2015. She has been involved in grass roots exploration and property development for both junior exploration and major mining companies. She served as a Director of Sama Resources Inc. (formerly Landen Capital Corp.) since November 17, 2009 until May 2010. She is a Certified Professional Geologist with the American Institute of Professional Geologists. Ms. Wolverson has an M.S. in Geology from the MacKay School of Mines in Reno, Nevada and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.
