Dr. Evan Loh, M.D., FACC, FAHA, has been the President at Paratek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since June 2014 and also has been its Chief Medical Officer since June 2012. Dr. Loh has been the Chief Operating Officer of Paratek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since January 1, 2017. He served as Executive Chairman of Paratek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from May 2012 to July 1, 2014. He served as Senior Vice President of Development and Strategic Operations, Worldwide Research and Development at Pfizer. At Pfizer Dr. Loh's responsibilities included consolidating scientific, operational and strategic drug development commitments for all pre-Proof of Concept development phase programs and leading portfolio prioritization. Before joined Pfizer in 2009, Dr. Loh served as Vice President of Clinical Research & Development at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, where he was globally responsible for scientific, strategic and operational leadership of clinical development efforts across multiple therapeutic areas. He served as Vice President of Multiple Therapeutic Areas at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, where he was responsible for global development strategy and clinical operational deliverables, including leading the successful global registration programs for Torisel??? and Tygacil???. He has a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry and has clinical, regulatory and operational experience, having served in broad executive management roles at both large pharma and start up biotechnology companies. He has been a Director of Paratek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since May 2012. He has been a Director of Eiger BioPharmaceuticals, Inc. since September 18, 2017. He served as a Director of Nivalis Therapeutics, Inc. (formerly, N30 Pharmaceuticals, Inc) since February 21, 2012 until July 24, 2017. He is the 2006 recipient of the Heroes of Chemistry Award from the American Chemical Society for his leadership role at Wyeth in the clinical development of Tygacil(R), a novel glycylcycline broad-spectrum antibiotic. Dr. Loh served as a faculty member at both Harvard Medical School and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular fellowship training at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases. Dr. Loh received his A.B. from Harvard College and his M.D. from Harvard Medical School.

Mr. William M. Haskel, also known as Bill, has been a Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Paratek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since June 2015. Mr. Haskel served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Cambrex Corporation from June 27, 2011 to February 2, 2015 and also served as its Chief Compliance Officer until February 2, 2015. He was responsible for the global law function as well as overseeing Global Regulatory and Quality Affairs and Environment, Health and Safety. He was principal advisor for Board and Governance, M&A, Securities and Corporate matters and he created the formal global compliance program. Prior to his tenure at Cambrex, Mr. Haskel spent 18 years at Wyeth. He served as Vice President of Global Administration at Wyeth, LLC since May 2008 and was employed until 2010. Mr. Haskel served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Corporate of Wyeth from January 27, 2004 to May 2008. Mr. Haskel joined Wyeth in 1992 and held positions of increasing responsibility in the law department. Prior to 1992, Mr. Haskel was a corporate associate at Hale and Dorr (now WilmerHale). His Bar Admissions are in New York State; Commonwealth of Massachusetts; New Jersey (limited in-house license) and the United States District Court (District of Massachusetts). Mr. Haskel received his J.D. from George Washington University Law School in 1986 and his B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College in 1983.

Mr. Adam Woodrow has been the Chief Commercial Officer at Paratek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since November 2014 and its Vice President since October 2014. Mr. Woodrow has over 20 years of experience in leading the commercialization of brands across small molecules and proteins from pre-clinical to commercial launch. Prior to joining Paratek, he led commercial development in Pfizer's Specialty Care Business Unit, launching products for rheumatoid arthritis and rare disease. In addition, he led global strategic marketing for a range of products from rare disease to acute hospital based infections, including Enbrel(R) , Zyvox(R) , ReFacto(R) and Benefix(R). Mr. Woodrow joined Pfizer from Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, where he was Vice President and Global Business Manager for Enbrel and inflammation. In his 10 years at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, he held senior marketing and sales positions in the United States and in Europe. He was responsible for the successful launches of medicines in the fields of anti-infectives (Tygacil(R) ) and hemophilia (ReFacto(R) ).

Jeanne Jew serves as the Senior Vice President, Business Development of Paratek Pharmaceuticals. Jeanne started at Paratek Pharmaceuticals in Jul of 2015. Jeanne currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Ron Jackson serves as the Vice President, National Sales of Paratek Pharmaceuticals. Ron started at Paratek Pharmaceuticals in Sep of 2018. Ron currently resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.

Evan Tzanis serves as the Chief Development Officer of Paratek Pharmaceuticals. Evan started at Paratek Pharmaceuticals in March of 2018. Evan currently resides in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
