Mr. Todd Travis Mitchell has been Chief Financial Officer of Park City Group Inc. since September 28, 2015. Mr. Mitchell joined Park City Group after a twenty years career as a Research Analyst on Wall Street covering media and technology companies. Mr. Mitchell served as the Director of Research and Senior Analyst at Brean Capital LLC, Research Division for three years. He was employed at Brean Capital LLC until September 2015 and focused on cable, satellite, interactive media and digital media within the technology sector. He also oversaw the expansion of the department and helped Brean Capital to grow its cash equities business by nearly 50% during this period. Mr. Mitchell served as an Associate Director of Research and an Equity Analyst at Brean Capital LLC. Prior to, he served as Senior Analyst at Kaufman Bros., L.P., Research Division. Mr. Mitchell served as a Senior Equity Analyst at Banc of America Securities LLC, Research Division, Blaylock & Company Inc., Research Division and Citigroup Inc, Research Division. He has received many accolades for his research activities. He was the #1 ranked analyst in his sector for Stock Picking and #1 ranked analyst in his sector for Earnings Accuracy for 2014 -2015 by Thomson Reuters Starmine Analyst Awards. Mr. Mitchell earned an MBA and a Master's degree in Economics from George Washington University and a BA from Vassar College.

Mr. Edward L. Clissold, also known as Ed, has been General Counsel of Park City Group Inc. since March 2002 and has been its Secretary since September 7, 2016. Mr. Clissold served as the Chief Financial Officer of Park City Group Inc., since August 2012 until September 28, 2015 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Clissold served as the Secretary of Park City Group Inc., since September 10, 2007 until September 28, 2015. Mr. Clissold has over 25 years experience in the legal profession and has been affiliated with Park City Group Inc. and its predecessors for over 20 years. He served as General Counsel for Mrs. Fields Cookies, Inc. for approximately 10 years. Mr. Clissold holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Utah and a Juris Doctorate & Law Degree from Brigham Young University.

Jozef Jamrich serves as the CTO of Park City Group. Jozef started at Park City Group in Dec of 2011. Jozef currently resides in the Greater Salt Lake City Area.

Elizabeth Maly serves as the Sr Vice President, Sales of Park City Group. Elizabeth started at Park City Group in Sep of 2016. Elizabeth currently resides in the Greater Chicago Area.
