Mr. David G. Chandler, also known as Dave, is a Co-Founder and Partner at ParkerGale Capital. Mr. Chandler is the Managing Partner at Chicago Growth Partners. He also served as a Founding Partner at the firm. Mr. Chandler focused on education and tech-enabled services. Prior to co-founding Chicago Growth Partners, he was a Managing Director of William Blair & Company since December 1988 and also served as a Partner. Mr. Chandler served as a Managing Partner and Managing Director of William Blair Partners. He joined William Blair in 1987 after spending three years in Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division from 1984 to 1987. Mr. Chandler was a Founding Partner of William Blair Leveraged Capital Fund in 1988. He serves as a Director at 2Checkout.com, Inc., American Civil Constructors, Jonathan Manufacturing Corporation, Royall & Company, Inc, Reliance Communications, Inc., Marathon Data Systems and U.S. Education Corporation. Mr. Chandler is the Board Chairman for the Golden Apple Foundation. He served as a Director of Actavis Mid-Atlantic, LLC, The Plastic Group, Inc, Hub Group Distribution Services, LLC, PRIMIS Marketing Group and Gibraltar Packaging Group, Inc. Mr. Chandler served as a Director of International Jensen Inc. since 1988. He served as a Director of Pac-West Telecomm Inc., from September 1998 to September 12, 2006. He served as a Director of Sweetwater Sound Inc., Encore Paper Company, Inc. and TimePlus Systems, LLC. Mr. Chandler served as Director of Engineered Materials Corporation, Morton Grove Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and PharmaResearch Corporation. He has over twenty five years of private equity experience. He holds an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a B.A. from Princeton University.
