Small team, easy to reach and convey messages and ideas. Because the team is small we can be nimble and react quickly.

The culture is positive because there's always room to grow.
Fast paced environment yet comfortable. A great team and a CEO who mentors you and never makes you feel uncomfortable asking questions.
Culture is really business oriented; environment is healthy. It is casual and at the same time very professional.

Great compensation, pays well and fairly compared to the market standards for Software Engineering roles.
We are paid based upon our company growth and contribution, it is a great company to work for
PayCertify has a great team and environment. It is fast paced as every startup is. CEO is highly motivated and supports the team.
Does PayCertify have any remote positions?
Sales team is remote so are the engineers
Whole engineering team is remote, also some C-level executives / directors.

Fast paced and ever changing. There are daily challenges that keep it interesting and one needs to be able to adapt and multitask to keep up.

Unprofessional business. Very shady just like the owner. Beware doing business with this company or working there.

Zero team work. Everyone needs to fend for themselves.
