My interviews were quick and informative. I didn't feel like I was reciting my resume to my interviewer rather they were asking me relevant questions based on my experience.
Paycom is an amazing company to build a career at and even work until Retirment. Picking and choosing your battles can be challenging but when your feedback is accepted, it's nice but sometimes it just goes up into the cloud for which you never know. It's a cauldron of mix feelings.
I have worked at Paycom now for a little under 7 years and while a lot has changed in that time, the commitment to the mission hasn't. We are still bought into the mission and continuing to push the envelope for our employees and our clients, which is ultimately what will keep Paycom winning.
