While the company looks good from the outside, inside it's falling apart. Cronyism, rewarding incompetence and punishing those who do a good job. Management is only concerned about their bonuses and not that their workers have the tools and processes they need to do their jobs. STAY AWAY.
Worked to death, not listened to, blamed for things that are a managers responsibility. No advancement unless you're connected to the right people. Incompetence and dishonesty are rewarded, doing the right thing and your job correctly gets one punished.
