What do you like best about the leadership team?
Immediate manager was supportive and understood challenges tried to shield us from higher ups
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get connected tonthe field so they can see that all the layoffs and reogs have left us unable to function properly without giving up our own time.
The leadership team is so disconnected with anyone other than a senior manager, they have no idea whats going on. Senior managers tell the executives what want to hear, not what they need to hear.
