Mr. Heribert Viehweber has been Vice President of Global Operations & Quality at Perceptron, Inc. since September 9, 2016. Mr. Viehweber served as a Vice President of Operations & Quality at Perceptron, Inc. until September 9, 2016. Mr. Viehweber served as Director of Operations and Product Design at Perceptron, Inc. GmbH from 1992 to 2008. He was an Engineer of Leybold Degussa AG Hanau from 1989 to 1992. He received Fachhochschule in Electronic, Telecommunication Engineering Diploma from the University Giessen Friedberg and Vocational Training in Mechanic and Electronics with Hartmann & Braun AG.

Mr. John M. P. Kearney serves as Managing Director of EMEA and Vice President at Perceptron, Inc. Mr. Kearney served as a Director of Sales and Marketing at Perceptron EMEA from 2003 to 2008. He served various positions in project management, application engineering, product management and marketing for Perceptron EMEA spanning over 10 years. He served as Director in family owned automotive retail group from 1987 to 1989. Mr. Kearney holds B.Sc. (Hons) in Physics with Management Science from the University of Kent at Caterbury, UK in collaboration with the Philipps-Universit???t Marburg, Germany.

Mr. David Lawrence Watza, also known as Dave, has been Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance, Chief Executive Officer and President of Perceptron, Inc. since October 5, 2015 and November 17, 2016 respectively and served as its Principal Accounting Officer since December 11, 2015. Mr. Watza served as Vice President of Finance, Business Planning & Analytics at TriMas Corporation. Mr. Watza served as the Vice President of Business Planning and Analysis at TriMas Corporation. Mr. Watza was responsible for directing TriMas's strategic and financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes. Mr. Watza joined TriMas in 2005 and has held strategic finance roles of increasing responsibility at TriMas subsidiaries, including division finance officer and vice president of Finance for Cequent Towing (now part of Cequent Performance Products), as well as division finance officer for Cequent Asia Pacific. He has played an integral role in acquisitions around the world, including South Africa, New Zealand, England, Germany and Finland. He possesses more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing facilities with increasing responsibilities in accounting, finance and information technology. He earned Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
