Mr. John W. Lucey has been Chief Accounting & Administrative Officer of Physicians Realty Trust since November 1, 2016 and serves as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Lucey served as Principal Accounting and Reporting Officer of Physicians Realty Trust until since July 2013 until November 1, 2016. Mr. Lucey served as the Principal Financial Officer, Principal Accounting & Reporting Officer and Senior Vice President at Physicians Realty Trust. Since 2005, Mr. Lucey has served as Director of Financial Reporting for Assisted Living Concepts, Inc., a senior housing operator with over 200 locations in 20 states and annual revenues of approximately 230 million where he was responsible for the consolidated financial statements, SEC reporting, coordination of the annual audit and annual report, corporate office budget, HUD compliance, workers compensation and general/professional liability insurance oversight and research and implementation of all new accounting standards. Prior to Assisted Living Concepts, Mr. Lucey served as the Manager of Financial Reporting for Case New Holland from 2003 to 2005 and as a Division Controller at Monster Worldwide from 2001 to 2003. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Lucey served as the Director of Financial Reporting for Alterra Healthcare Corporation (now Brookdale Living Communities, NYSE: ???BKD???). Mr. Lucey's experience includes initial public offerings as well as various equity and debt offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Lucey is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Wisconsin. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin???Madison and an M.B.A degree in finance from St. Louis University in St. Louis, MO.

Mr. Del Mar Deeni Taylor has been Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President of Physicians Realty Trust since January 10, 2017. Mr. Taylor serves as an Executive Vice President of Duke Realty Healthcare. Mr. Taylor works with physicians and hospitals in understanding the intricacies of Duke Realty Healthcare's goals and objectives regarding their physicians and real estate. He served as an Executive Vice President of Investments at Physicians Realty Trust since October 01, 2015 until January 10, 2017. He has 25-year hospital career in forging and nurturing these relationships, his wealth of knowledge and experience are of great assistance on each development project. He served as the Chief Strategy Officer for St. Vincent Health. He served as President of UNITY Health Management Services in Birmingham, Alabama. He also worked for St. Vincent's Hospital in Birmingham as the Vice President of Planning and Marketing. He has Professional Affiliations of American College of Healthcare Executives, Diplomat Status; Science Education Foundation Board of Directors; PeyBack Foundation Board of Directors and Purdue Regenstrief Center for Healthcare Engineering Advisory Board. He holds Masters in Science Administration Cohort Program from Central Michigan University and Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Purdue University.

Mr. Jeffrey Nelson Theiler, also known as Jeff, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Physicians Realty Trust since July 7, 2014. Mr. Theiler served as a Senior Analyst at Green Street Advisors, LLC, Research Division till May 2014. He lead the Green Street Advisors's health care and lab space coverage. Mr. Theiler was an Analyst at the Green Street Advisors since 2010. Prior to this, he spent five years in real estate investment banking at Lehman Brothers and Banc of America Securities. Mr. Theiler earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina; an Master of Science degree in Environmental Science from Tulane University; and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Vanderbilt University. since 2010. Prior to this, he spent five years in real estate investment banking at Lehman Brothers and Banc of America Securities. Mr. Mark D. Theine has been Senior Vice President of Asset & Investment Management at Physicians Realty Trust since July 2013. Mr. Theine joined the Ziegler Funds in September 2005 as an associate responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, assisting in the daily asset management of all Ziegler Fund investments, overseeing third-party property management and leasing and monitoring actual property performance. Additionally, Mr. Theine's responsibilities have included identifying new investment opportunities and assisting with due diligence and financing arrangements for each investment. Mr. Theine graduated summa cum laude with B.B.A. degree in finance and accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Mr. Daniel M. Klein, J.D. also known as Dan, has been Deputy Chief Investment Officer and Senior Vice President of Physicians Realty Trust since January 10, 2017. Mr. Klein joined Physicians Realty Trust in 2016 as its Consultant. he worked alongside the DOC executive team in the strategy, pursuit and execution of targeted acquisition opportunities that met the Physicians Realty Trust's objectives. Previously, Mr. Klein served as an Executive Vice President of Business Development at Healthcare Trust of America, Inc., since January 5, 2016. Mr. Klein served as a Senior Vice President of Business Development at Welltower Inc.'s medical office platform. He was responsible for medical facilities investment strategy, business development, acquisition and development origination and targeted advisor outreach. Mr. Klein was a Co-Founder of CB Richard Ellis/Reichle Klein and served as its President. He is an attorney and holds IREM's CPM?? designation. Mr. Klein holds a Bachelor's of Science from The University of Virginia and a J.D. from The University of Toledo College of Law.

Bradley Page serves as the Senior Vice President & General Counsel of Physicians Realty Trust. Bradley started at Physicians Realty Trust in February of 2015. Bradley currently resides in Greater Milwaukee Area.
