I love working at Pipefy, the way the company values the people and pushes us to be better everyday made me see work in a different way. I also firmly believe in the product. Compensation could be more related to performance and we should be able to hire faster.

The people for sure. Everyone in the SD team is very focused in our goals and interested in helping others.

Everyday I have new challenges and solutions to deliver. What doesn't makes me happy are repetitive modelings or small customers.

My leader always appears to have my best interest in mind, aligns them to the company goals and is direct/honest while giving feedback

Pipefy appears to value meritocracy but compensates older/senior employees noticeably better than those who deliver more regarding to goals and impact in the business. My variable compensation as an SD also doesn't skyrocket if I have an outstanding month individually because our goal is shared
