I know it's tough when growing so fast, but I'd like to see more proactively given opportunities for those that perform really well and are examples to our culture.

I don't feel undervalued or anything like that. I just feel that I work a lot. And I love it. But a better compensation would help me have a better life while dedicating so much time to my work.

We are kinda like a second family. We work together, but we also do all sorts of things together outside of work. And that is one of the things I love the most. I don't just want to build a huge company. I want to do it with the people that I want close to me, to celebrate together with them.
