She has been a Director at ClearPoint since December 2009. She has been a Director of Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals, Inc., since May 2010; Aceto Corp. since 2011 and PLx Pharma Inc. since January 1, 2016. She served as a Director of Healthcare Corporation of America from January 3, 2014 to August 2014. She served for 10 years at Parke-Davis/Warner Lambert in various sales and sales leadership positions and managed its Strategic Alliances. Ms. Giordano holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in nursing from Wagner College in New York.

Mr. Michael J. Valentino, also known as Mike, serves as Chairman of Executive Board at Breakthrough Products, Inc. Mr. Valentino has over 30 years of leadership experience at both major pharmaceutical companies and venture backed start-ups. He has been Executive Chairman of PLx Pharma Inc. since July 8, 2011. Mr. Valentino served as Member of CEO Advisory Group at PLx Pharma Inc. Mr. Valentino served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals Inc. from June 4, 2009 to May 2010. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Alpharma, a leading global generic pharmaceutical company. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Adams Respiratory Therapeutics Inc. since 2003. Prior to Adams Respiratory Therapeutics, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Global Human Pharmaceutical Division of Zoetis Products LLC from 2002 to 2003. He served as an Executive Director of Adams Respiratory Therapeutics Inc., since 2003. He was the President at Pharmacia & Upjohn LLC. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Novartis Nutrition UK Ltd. He was with Novartis AG from 1999 to 2003 including served as its Executive Vice President of Global Head Consumer Pharmaceuticals from 2000 to 2002 and as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Novartis Consumer Healthcare, North America. From 2000 to 2002, he served as Executive Vice President, Global Consumer Pharmaceuticals, for Novartis International AG. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Valentino served as the President of Consumer Products Division at Pharmacia & Upjohn, LLC. He was with Warner Lambert for 12 years including served as its Vice President of Corporate Strategic Planning; Vice President of Eastern Business Unit; and Vice President of Worldwide Smoking Cessation. He was with Pharmacia & Upjohn including served as the President of Consumer Health Care North America. From 1984 to 1996, he was with Warner-Lambert Company including served as its Vice President of Parke-Davis Customer Business Unit. He served as the Chairman of Consumer Healthcare Products Association Board from 2001 to 2002. He served as a Vice Chairman for Pharmaceuticals at Health Care Institute of New Jersey. He has been a Director of Gilead Colorado, Inc. since March 2005. He served as a Director of TRIA Beauty, Inc. since February 2011. He served as Director of Zoetis Products LLC and Novartis AG. He served as a Director of Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals Inc. from October 2007 to May 2010. He serves as a Board Member of the World Self Medication Industry, Freedom House Foundation, Alzheimer Association and Epilepsy Foundation of New Jersey. Mr. Valentino holds a BA in Psychology from State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Mr. Gary L. Mossman has been Senior Advisor of PLx Pharma Inc. since September 19, 2017. Mr. Mossman served as Chief Operating Officer of PLx Pharma Inc. until September 19, 2017. Mr. Mossman is a senior executive with over 38 years of P&L responsibility for multinational private and public companies engaged in the development, manufacture and marketing of both small and large molecule products. His management and investment experience spans successful leadership of high growth companies, startups and turnarounds of failing businesses. He served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Cambrex Corporation. from August 2004 to August 31, 2006. Mr. Mossman served as President of Cambrex Pharma and Biopharmaceutical Business Unit of Cambrex Corporation. from November 19, 2003 to August 31, 2006 and also served as its Chief Executive Officer since November 19, 2003. He was responsible for accelerating sales and profit growth of Cambrex Corp.'s products and services for small molecule and biological active pharmaceutical ingredients. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman at Dixie Chemical Company, Inc. He served as President of Dixie Chemical Company, Inc. since 1990 and worked for it from 1983 to 2003. From 1979 to 1980, Mr. Mossman served as General Manager of Thiokol Specialty Chemicals Division and from 1972 to 1979, he served as President and Cofounder of Southwest Specialty Chemical Company Inc. He serves as Chairman of Redline Industries. He serves as Director of GlycosBio, DXO and Glycos Biotechnologies, Inc. He served as a Director of PLx Pharma Inc. from April 2009 to February 2016. Mr. Mossman has been involved in many professional, charitable and church organizations as well as city government including Chairman of the Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturers Association (SOCMA ), executive for the Committee of American Institute for Pollution Prevention, Board of Directors for American Chemical Council and Texas Chemical Council, Councilman and Mayor Pro Tem for city of Nassau Bay and Elder for Webster Presbyterian Church.

Mr. Ronald R. Zimmerman, also known as Ron, is Founder of MediGen Group, LLC and serves as its Managing Director. Mr. Zimmerman is the Founder of PLx Pharma Inc. since January 1, 2015 and serves as its Senior Advisor. He is a founding investor of PLx Pharma Inc. and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President since January 2004 until December 2015 and an active shareholder with InterPath Pharmaceuticals, Nanospectra Biosciences and Cancer Genetics. He served as a Member of Advisory Board at BioImagene, Inc. He has over 30 years experience in investment banking, venture workout and turnaround and startup management. He has a successful track record of closing mergers and acquisition transactions in excess of $10 billion and private placements and licensing transactions greater than $500 million. He has been an active life science angel investor with a number of his investments forming the foundation of the Partnership's proposed portfolio. Mr. Zimmerman has worked as an executive in a variety of international firms with differing corporate cultures and geographies. He has managed regional offices for Deutsche Bank and Robert Fleming, spearheaded new opportunities such as Chase Manhattan Bank's former Soviet Union energy effort, lead a workout or turnaround effort such as with Harrods and Mohamed Al Fayed and managed TLO Energy. Mr. Zimmerman served as a Director of PLx Pharma Inc. until December 2015. He served as a Director of Nanospectra Biosciences, Inc.

Ms. Rita M. O'Connor, CPA, has been Chief Financial Officer of PLx Pharma Inc. since July 01, 2017. Ms. O'Connor served as the Chief Information Officer of Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since July 2009. Ms. O'Connor served as the Chief Financial Officer at Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since July 2009. Ms. O'Connor joined Xanodyne from NPS Pharmaceuticals where she served as Vice President, Finance. Ms. O'Connor served as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Controller of Adams Respiratory Therapeutics Inc. since February 7, 2007 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. She has an extensive background in finance, strategic partnering, merger and acquisitions and equity fundraising in both public and private offerings. She has over 20 years of business and financial experience navigating both small privately held startups (Adams and Xanodyne) and large publicly-held corporations (Schering-Plough & Deloitte manufacturing clients) through periods of rapid growth and transition. Her experience includes successful IPO, private equity raises, debt restructurings, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as skills in financial modeling, strategic planning, investor relations, SEC reporting and cash management. Ms. O'Connor also served as Senior Vice President of Adams Respiratory Therapeutics Inc. since July 2006, Vice President from August 2005 to July 2006 and Controller since August 2005. She spent seven years with Schering-Plough Corporation working in a series of positions of increasing responsibility within the corporate global finance department including Senior Director of planning & reporting. She began her career in the audit department at Deloitte and Touche, where she progressed to audit manager, including a two-year program in Deloitte's National Office technical accounting research department from 1990 to 1997. She served as an Independent Director of NAC Global Technologies, Inc. since May 22, 2014. She served as a Director of Essential Group Inc. She served as an Executive Director of Adams Respiratory Therapeutics Inc., from November 2004 to August 2005. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. O'Connor has a BS degree in Accounting from Rutgers University.

Rita OConnor serves as the CFO of PLx Pharma Inc.. Rita started at PLx Pharma Inc. in July of 2017. Rita currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
