Mr. Peter Lockhard has been the Chief Operating Officer of Points International Ltd. and Points.com Inc. since May 2010. Mr. Lockhard leads a senior business team responsible for three Loyalty Commerce Business Units, Product Management and Relationship Management. He has been a key member of the senior leadership team since joining Points in January 2005. He is also a business adviser and CEO mentor for several Toronto-based businesses including Syntegrity Group and Pink Metrics Inc. He led various divisions of the company, including business development, account management, product management, business management and technology development. He played an integral role in the implementation of Points??? Agile software development process. At Points International Ltd, he served as Senior Vice President of Product from January 2008 to May 2010, Senior Vice President of Partners from January 2007 to January 2008 and Vice President from January 2005 to January 2007. He also served as Vice President of Points.com Inc. from January 2005 to January 2007. Prior to joining Points, his extensive senior management experience included successful high-growth companies in the IT and marketing services industries. He served as Managing Director of Aquiam Partners Ltd., from May 2001 to December 2004 and Vice President of Professional Services at FloNetwork Inc., from September 2000 to Apr 2001. Mr. Lockhard is a long-standing board member of BioSyent Inc., a publicly traded specialty pharmaceutical company whose wholly owned subsidiary, BioSyent Pharma Inc., sources, acquires or in-licences pharmaceutical products and markets these products in Canada.

Owen Tran serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Points. Owen started at Points in April of 2014. Owen is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Chris Boyd serves as the VP Product, Travel and Platform Partnerships for Points. Chris started at Points in April of 2014. Chris is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Mike Glass serves as the VP Product Development for Points.com. Mike started at Points.com in December of . Mike is based in the Houston, Texas Area.
