Mr. Milburn E. Honeycutt has been a Corporate Controller of Powell Industries, Inc. since May 2005 and its Vice President since April 15, 2005. From 1986 to 1994, Mr. Honeycutt held various positions with Arthur Andersen LLP and was a Certified Public Accountant.
