Mr. Ilan Danieli is the Founder of Precipio, Inc. and has been its Chief Executive Officer since 2011 and serves as its President. Mr. Danieli has over 15 years managing small and medium-size companies experience. Mr. Danieli's served as Chief Operating Officer of Osiris Corporation since April 2008; Vice President of Operations for Laurus Capital Management, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund and in various other entrepreneurial ventures. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Director at Transgenomic, Inc. since June 30, 2017. He served as a Director of Precipio, Inc. Mr. Danieli holds an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia and a BA in Economics from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.

Mr. Carl R. Iberger serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary at Precipio, Inc. Mr. Iberger has been Executive Vice President of Administration at SleepMed Inc., and served as its Chief Administrative Officer since December 1999. He served as Chief Financial Officer of SleepMed Inc., since December 1999. He served as Executive Vice President & General Manager at SleepMed Incorporated until September 2015. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Transgenomic, Inc. since June 30, 2017. He served as Chief Administrative and Chief Financial Officer of DigiTrace. Prior to joining DigiTrace in 1996, he served as Vice President of Finance and Administration for Dianon Systems, a national diagnostics laboratory specializing in cancer and genetic testing. During his ten years with Dianon he participated in acquisitions, establishing four Operations in Europe and Managing its IPO's. For the 20 years prior, he served in Financial positions was Dataproducts Corporation, a manufacturer of computer printers and Grumman Aerospace. Mr. Iberger holds an MBA from Hofstra University and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
