Mr. Ryan W. Oviatt, CPA has been the Chief Financial Officer of Profire Energy, Inc. since September 14, 2015. Mr. Oviatt joined Profire from Rio Tinto, where he served in numerous Senior Management positions over ten years, including Senior Manager of Special Projects, Senior Manager of Financial Reporting Analysis, Principal Joint Venture Accountant and Sarbanes-Oxley Coordinator at North America. He managed value-tracking and reporting within the Rio Tinto, he managed value-tracking and reporting within the Rio Tinto, leading to enhanced cash flow and reduced costs, while also serving on technical committees relating to international tax, finance and development of a significant Rio Tinto mining operation. He also helped lead Rio Tinto's compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements, contributing to a successful implementation of exceptional compliance worldwide. Prior to Rio Tinto, he served as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young, LLP, where he audited both public and private clients, including oil and gas companies. He is a seasoned professional with significant experience in public company financial management and leadership. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Utah. He received his Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Westminster College and Master Degree in Accountancy from Brigham Young University.

Mr. Jay Fugal has been Corporate Operations Manager of Profire Energy, Inc. since February 3, 2017. Mr. Fugal served as the Head of US Operations at Profire Energy, Inc. until February 3, 2017. Mr. Fugal was the Director of Human Resources at Niels Fugal Sons, LLC. He manages various teams at Profire including operations, human resources, employment law/mediation and compliance training. He graduated from Utah Valley University, where he studied business management, with an emphasis in human resource management.

Mr. Cameron Tidball, also known as Cam, has been Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Profire Energy, Inc. since June 2012. Mr. Tidball oversees all sales activities at Profire and is responsible for sales training, forecasting, execution and all customer-facing experiences. He was previously a Senior Manager at Direct Energy, where he managed customer experience. He earned a technical degree in structural engineering, as well as a degree in management and marketing.
