Mr. David S. Weiant has been a Senior Vice President of Provident Savings Bank and Chief Lending Officer of Provident Savings Bank at Provident Financial Holdings Inc., since June 29, 2007. Mr. Weiant has more than 25 years of experience with financial institutions, including the last 10 years in senior management. He served as Finance Manager of Merrill Lynch & Co. Financial Consultants. He joined Provident Savings Bank, from Professional Business Bank where he was responsible for their commercial lending efforts in the Los Angeles and Inland Empire regions of Southern California and also served as its Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Banking. He served with Southwest Community Bank where he was responsible for building their Orange County and Inland Empire commercial lending teams. Mr. Weiant's experience includes commercial, construction, SBA, C&I and asset based lending.

Mr. Donavon P. Ternes has been the President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Provident Financial Holdings Inc., since June 27, 2011, November 1, 2000, January 1, 2008 and April 1, 2003 respectively. Mr. Ternes has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Provident Savings Bank since June 27, 2011 and January 1, 2008 respectively. He has been Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Provident Savings Bank since November 01, 2000 and April 2003 respectively and has been its Executive Vice President since January 1, 2008. He served as Senior Vice President of Provident Financial Holdings Inc and Provident Savings Bank since and November 1, 2000. He served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Mission Savings and Loan Association in Riverside, California for over 11 years.

Gwendolyn L. Wertz joined Provident Savings Bank, F.S.B. (the ???Bank???) as Senior Vice President of Retail Banking in February 2014. Prior to joining the Bank, Ms. Wertz was with CommerceWest Bank where she was responsible for the management of commercial banking activities, treasury management and specialty banking. Prior to that she was with Opportunity Bank, N.A. where she was responsible for the commercial treasury sales and service team. Ms. Wertz has more than 25 years of experience with financial institutions including the last 10 years in senior management roles.
