Mr. Thomas M. Lyons, also known as Tom, CPA has been the Chief Financial Officer of Provident Financial Services, Inc. and The Provident Bank since September 2009 and its Executive Vice President since February 2011. Mr. Lyons served as Senior Vice President of Provident Financial Services, Inc. and The Provident Bank since July, 2009 and also served as its Chief Accounting Officer from February 2005. Mr. Lyons oversaw all aspects of financial reporting, as well as accounting policy, treasury activities and corporate taxation. He served as First Vice President of The Provident Bank, a subsidiary of Provident Financial Services Inc. from February 2005 to July 2009. Mr. Lyons served as First Vice President - Finance of Provident Bank since joining in July 2004. He served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Provident Financial Services, Inc. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First Sentinel Bancorp, Inc. since May 15, 2003 and January 2002, respectively. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First Savings Bank since May 15, 2003 and April 2001, respectively. He served as Senior Vice President of First Savings Bank since April 2001 and First Sentinel Bancorp, Inc. since January 2002. Mr. Lyons joined First Savings Bank in September 1999 as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. From 1995 to 1999, he served as Vice President and Controller of Prestige Financial Corp., a financial institution holding company and in 1999, was Vice President and Controller of United National Bancorp, a financial institution holding company. Mr. Lyons serves as a Director of FSB Financial LLC and 1000 Woodbridge Center Drive, Inc., First Savings Bank's subsidiaries. Mr. Lyons is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Mr. Michael A. Raimonde has been Executive Vice President of The Provident Bank since February 2011 and its Director of Retail Banking since April 2007. Mr. Raimonde served as Senior Vice President and Director of Retail Banking of The Provident Bank, a subsidiary of Provident Financial Services Inc. from April 2007 to February 2011. Mr. Raimonde served as Executive Vice President of the Community Banking Division and Market President of the New York Retail System of Sovereign Bank since June 2006. He served as Senior Vice President of New York Retail Banking Division of Independence Community Bank.

Mr. Donald W. Blum has been Chief Lending Officer of the Provident Bank since January 2005 and has been its Executive Vice President since January 2005. Mr. Blum served as Chief Lending Officer and Executive Vice President of Provident Financial Services, Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of The Provident Bank, a Subsidiary of Provident Financial Services Inc. from December 2001 to January 2005. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Real Estate Lending at Summit BanCorp. from October 1992 to November 2001.

John F. Kuntz has been Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Provident Financial Services, Inc. since January 2003, and has been Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of The Provident Bank (???Bank???) since February 2016. Prior to that time he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of the Bank since January 2011, and prior to that time Executive Vice President and General Counsel since May 2005. He formerly served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Bank since November 2002, and Vice President and General Counsel of The Provident Bank since September 2001.
