What is most positive about the culture and environment at PSC Biotech?

PSC is a high demand - high reward company. I work hard but enjoy my job and the people I work with. Good environment for growth.
The work pace can be hectic, which IMO, is a lot better than too slow. Days are always interesting.
It's a fun place to work, but the expectations are high. For me, it's a positive challenge.
What do you like best about the leadership team at PSC Biotech?

PSC leadership is there when you need it. Otherwise, they let employees to their jobs.
Open communication is a hallmark of the company from the top down. Managers are always available when needed, but let us do our job.
I don't know all the leadership team, but the CEO and my manager are great people.

Most members of my team are top notch people. As with any organization, there are a few bad apples, but they don't last long.
There is a real sense of teamwork here. People are professional and friendly. It's fun to go to work.

The management at PSC is respectful of the ideas of staff and open to new ideas and ways of doing things. It's a fast paced environment but rewarding.
