PSC is a high demand - high reward company. I work hard but enjoy my job and the people I work with. Good environment for growth.
The work pace can be hectic, which IMO, is a lot better than too slow. Days are always interesting.
It's a fun place to work, but the expectations are high. For me, it's a positive challenge.

PSC leadership is there when you need it. Otherwise, they let employees to their jobs.
Open communication is a hallmark of the company from the top down. Managers are always available when needed, but let us do our job.
I don't know all the leadership team, but the CEO and my manager are great people.
