Mr. Brian B. Dow has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Administration & Finance, Treasurer and Secretary at Pulse Biosciences, Inc. since November 2015. Prior to joining Pulse Biosciences, Mr. Dow served as the Chief Financial Officer of Progyny, Inc. from May 2015 to November 2015. Mr. Dow served as the Principal Accounting Officer and Vice President of Pacific Biosciences of California, Inc. from May 2010 to April 15, 2015. Mr. Dow served as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Vice President of Finance of Northstar Neuroscience, Inc. since joining in January 1, 2009. His was responsible for finance and accounting, investor relations, risk management, information technology and administration. He served as a Vice President of Finance at Pacific Biosciences of California, Inc. He has been with Northstar Neuroscience, Inc. since January 2006, having served as Corporate Controller since January 2006 and Director of Finance since April 2007. From April 2005 to November 2005, Mr. Dow served as the Corporate Controller of Radiant Research, Inc. From August 2004 to March 2005, he served as the Corporate Controller of Qpass, Inc. From October 2002 to March 2004, he served as a Corporate Controller of Vixel Corporation. Prior to 2006, Mr. Dow had 14 years of progressively-increasing responsibilities in financial management of publicly-traded companies and in public accounting as a manager with Ernst and Young. Prior to 2002, Mr. Dow had 10 years of progressively-increasing responsibilities in public accounting and in financial management of publicly-traded companies. Mr. Dow is recognized as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington and holds a B.S. in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Mr. David Danitz has been Vice President of Engineering at Pulse Biosciences, Inc. since November 2015. Prior to Pulse Biosciences, Mr. Danitz served as Vice President of R&D - Custom Products at Earlens, where he led the development of a light-driven transducer that directly engaged the ear drum to generate sound. Mr. Danitz served as Vice President of Research and Development at Gynesonics, Inc., where he led the development of the world's first intrauterine ultrasound system with integrated RF ablation for an incisionless treatment of uterine fibroids. Mr. Danitz has been working in research and development for over 15 years. Mr. Danitz has nearly 20 years of medical device development experience and is the named inventor on over 30 US patents. He served as Vice President of Research and Development of Novare Surgical Systems, Inc. and served as its Director of Engineering. Mr. Danitz also served at Novare Surgical, where for 10 years his team brought medical devices to the market in the areas of cardiac, vascular, general, urologic and gynecologic surgery. He joined Novare Surgical from Computer Motion where he last served as a Project Manager for the Zeus Surgical Robotic System. He held a research engineering position at Exxon Production Research Center. Mr. Danitz has received several Medical Design Excellence Awards. Mr. Danitz earned a BSME degree with high honors from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and SMME degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Edison Manuel serves as the VP of Operations of Pulse Biosciences, Inc.. Edison started at Pulse Biosciences, Inc. in April of 2016. Edison currently resides in San Francisco Bay Area.

Jeff Kmetz serves as the Chief Business Officer of Pulse Biosciences, Inc.. Jeff started at Pulse Biosciences, Inc. in April of 2018. Jeff currently resides in San Francisco Bay Area.

Robert Tyson serves as the Vice President of Sales, North America of Pulse Biosciences, Inc.. Robert currently resides in the Charlotte, North Carolina Area.
