Just what I do. I get to interact and see some of the back-end of most departments; meet new people and form new relationships almost daily.

The way everyone seems to clash nicely no matter what department they belong to is something extraordinary. You all feel like one big team most of the time, rather than a company with other teams in it.

The collaboration. Each and every team member brings something to the table. We then all use those things to build a better strategy to accomplish our goals. We really value input and no title or amount of seniority can make us look past that.

Looking back 10years ago, it was organized and informative at the same time. Not only was I there to show what I know and how I can be used, but was taught a bit about the company. Very effective to get me more invested in wanting to work for PVH.
